This location isn't usually as crowded as the other ones. It's also always spotless, the food is delicious and hot. The bathrooms are always sparkly clean too. My favorite location by far.

Chan was the lady who took our order and she was so nice and helpful and made our experiences great at Arby's. I will come to the location downtown because of the customer service we received by her.

The Arby's downtown on Veterans Parkway is one of the better Arby's in town in my opinion. It's a pretty good choice for lunch when you want something different than the norm and have a few extra bucks to spend. If they don't have 2 for $7 beef and cheddars, I don't waste my time, unless it's for a a Gyro or a
