I tried a whole cinnamon sugar pretzel for the first time this past week and it was great. It was so great that when I went to Atlanta I stopped at the Perimeter Mall location and it was good, but nowhere near as good as it was in Columbus. Leaving a review to say that all Auntie Anne’s are not the same and this location really seems to know what they’re doing.

i absolutely LOVE the pretzels here and have been going here forever for the signature cinnamon pretzel. Yet today was the worst customer service yet a light skinned girl with her hair in a curly bun was so incredibly rude and i saw no one around to talk to about the situation. the experience was incredibly bad and my daughter even started getting agitated. when i come back i will get management involved.
The best there is!! My girl I this she's the manager put me on to the pizza bites but with the queso cheese. The best combination ever. Check them out way to go team ?

I’ve been coming to this place for years now and it never disappoints. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I’ve had everything that they sale here. I always come back for the regular pretzel bits. Not to mention they do an awesome job of keeping the place extremely clean. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you enjoy soft pretzels.

Delicious.. staff is very polite and Friendly.. I bought two pretzels for myself. The original pretzel and the garlic pretzel.. both were hot and fresh I always get some mustard to put on my pretzel New York style... Love this place they are normally in the airport but they have one here in Columbus...PS..only one made it to the house..

Omg!! This was absolutely the most delightful and meaningful meal I’ve had this year! I remember having a pretzel from this place in a local mall several years back and thought I’d give it another go. Boy have I never made a better decision! I decided on getting the pizza nuggets and the cinnamon pretzel! It was so warm and fresh when it came to me! The pizza nuggets were so good and all the salt, triple cheese, and pepperoni made it so bomb! The pretzel is also a must have! It’s so good! If you’re looking to cheat, I highly recommend Auntie Anne’s as your hotspot!
