This is the worst experience every. I ordered two taco.I also asked for a small cheese dip for the tortilla. The lady whom was serving me told me it would be in the clear sample cup and that was a small for 1.59. She told me I don't make up the prices. I guess someone else questioned that too. So, I told her to forget that. Then a lady behind me asked for the same thing and was told it would be in the small styrofoam cup. I was going to say something but all employees had attitudes. I open my bag to eat my food. My tacos were thrown in the bag on top of the tortillas. I thought they would be in separate containers. Who wants to eat tortilla that are thrown in a bag with their food on them. I went to eat my tacos and they were stuck to the aluminum paper all soggy and wet. I just threw them in the trash. I will not be returning.

Believe it or not this was my very first time at the restaurant so the ground turkey nachos I asked for my queso on the side I see I was charged for chicken nachos I did not receive my case so on the side and then I see I was charged for extra cheese I didn't ask for extra cheese what I asked for was the standard cheese and then queso on the side I think this may be my last time here the young ladies were very nice super friendly helpful and explained everything due to it being my first time but still I end up with extra charges and not what I asked for on the side tasting the ground turkey nachos the flavor is excellent all I can say is I did try something new today 4/ 10/2024 I just noticed there's jalapenos on there as well I didn't ask for jalapenos at all again overall the nachos do have a very good flavor with the ground turkeyAs you can see I got in touch with the manager and the manager resolved the problem offering to mail me a coupon for a free cheese stick thank you Barberitos thank you.... 04/15/2024

Who ever is the manager should be fired because it's obvious that person has no clue how to keep items in stock. In the past they have been out of chips, then they were out of soda. I stopped going and decided to go again and they were out of soda except for Coke Zero. My friend got a large tea or whatever they had and there were no large lids for him. If you know which items sell out quickly, then it makes sense to order more of that item. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. The only redeeming thing was the food was hot and they gave us large portions.

My third and final time giving them this location my money. Mostly because of the service and atmosphere. The cashier with curly hair and glasses is not friendly, nor welcoming. She has a bad attitude, quite rude. She is in serious need of customer service training. Please dont expect your food and cup to be handed to you, or your receipt given to you. Food was okay.

Came in twice last week and the atmosphere is not welcoming at all, the woman that works at the front with the glasses is rude and not people friendly at all both times I went in there for an online order, ordered ahead of time food wasn't even ready at my appointed time. While the burrito was really big, I'd wager the majority of it was lettuce and beans. Cheese dip was good. Damn sure wasn't $23 good. Be a long time before I go back...

It's better than Moe's. The hardshell taco was very good, warm fresh shell. Meats are more tender and juicy than Moe's. It's the same kind of food, just a little bit better.
