One of the Asian women that serves the costumer by putting the food in the plate is absolutely rude!!! Today my son who is new at picking out certain food the woman was very rushy and rude about it like yelling at my son saying "WHAT ELSE" she even screamed "HONEY CHICKEN" and screamed "HEY HONEY CHICKEN" All while my son was trying to decide and look since he is new. I probably won't be coming back, the service experience ruins the food quality, one of the women who are rude and disrespectful need to be let go, or be taught to carry a better attitude towards the customers, it wasn't only my son that she was rude towards. She was even rude towards me yelling and being rude to me, she has even done it to another customer who was in line.

I only get my Chinese from them. They have great customer service and they're Def reasonable when it comes to pricing. I always get the Thai sweet and spicy chicken with lo mein.o so good indeed.. ?

Dang!! This place rocks. Doesn’t look like a place for good food but it was outstanding. Client know we like Thai food and suggested meeting here. We had miso soup, green curry with chicken , and pad prik with tofu. Service was great considering only one person on floor and he had several 4 peeps tables and one large table with about 10 guests. So impressed with how he did it Will definitely go back when in Columbus

I ordered the 3 entree meal with mango chicken, Mongolian chicken, sweet & spicy chicken, and mixed Thai vegetables with a spring roll. The food was very delicious and came right on time. Didn’t have to wait long at all. Solid food and definitely big portions for the price. Apart-side from the delivery prices, the meal alone was only about $9.

I live about 25-30 minutes away from Columbus Ga,and Thai Basil is one of mine and my family’s favorite spots to eat at.Sometimes I’ll take the drive down there to get us dinner and when I get home the food is still fresh,and hot. I don’t mind the drive because I love Columbus Ga and I know that the food is going to be good.And the funny part about it is that they know me,they how many meals I’m getting and know what I want on all of them,although sometimes my parents changes from noodles to rice or visa versa

We had sushi, coconut milk soup, drunken noodles, green curry, and basil duck. All incredibly flavorful. Will return soon to try all new items
Service was good, location and atmosphere.. it's a mall food court.The food. Terrible. The noodles had almost no flavor, the pepper chicken.. had none. If I didn't know what I ordered, I wouldn't know it was chicken. No peppery taste. The orange chicken had a hint of orange flavor. Don't waste your money.
