Terrible service and employee care i went in to use the bathroom and was going to buy some ice cream but refused to let me until i bought ice cream even though i had to go and tried to explain to them that i had a medical condition, OAB: overactive bladder syndrome , and couldnt wait and when i finally bought ice cream there was a hair in it and continued to be rude to me and my family until we decided to leave highly do not recommend coming here

i literally come here like 3-4 times a week because i work a couple stores down. they're always so sweet and i've never had a bad experience!!

Ordered and tried to pay with a gift card that had $10 on it. It took two employees to try it and they didn’t know how to do it. Then they got a manager I think. She didn’t even try it. She was rude and just said “if it’s not working I don’t know what to tell you”. I was a little upset because she didn’t even try it and was rude. We paid with our debit card and went outside to eat it. While eating our ice cream we called the back of the card to make sure and it told us it has $10. Our total was $8.70. Wasn’t that big of a deal, but if you have a gift card you want to use it. Then we went back in to get a scope to go for someone at home. It took 10 minutes for 4 employees to take our order and there was just us and another person in there. Just not a very good and professional experience.

"I had a disappointing experience at this Baskin Robbins location. The staff, all of whom were young men, showed no personality or professionalism. They didn't greet us with a simple 'hello' or 'welcome to Baskin Robbins,' and there was no 'thank you' after our purchase.
One employee scooping my daughter’s ice cream had his head practically inside the freezer, and his knuckles were touching the ice cream in the container, which was unhygienic and concerning. Additionally, the inside of the freezer looked terrible, with visible freezer burn. Overall, this location needs serious improvements in both cleanliness and customer service."

I went to Baskin with my 3 kids every week, never met this guy name Jason before. I ordered 3 sugar cones with kid scope & do not know why he's so mean to me?? He slammed the door, the cashew in front of me. I felt so bad, he ruined the night of me & my kids. I usually left with good tip, but this time I'm so angry and no tip for him. Maybe he's working hard & tired but I did not deserved his bad attitude.
There are 2 young ladies so nice, tonight I did not see them.

Went here yesterday because I wanted ice cream. Everything went well up until one of the staffed members made a gay joke. I guess she thought I was gay because I wanted the rainbow sherbet and the wild berry blast or whatever it was called. Im not gay but not theres anything wrong with that. To each their own. Anyway... won't be coming here anymore I guess.
There was a change of working staff, and it sucks now, they make a bad face, and it seems like they were going to give me the ice cream, they shouldn't put these types of people to work if they don't want to be there, it's a business where you will always have to deal with clients, and you must always give your best

How does an ice cream shop not have any ice cream except for the pints? It's a Saturday, mid afternoon and the freezers are being thawed out. Why are you open? Absolutely pathetic and poor business. Your specialty is ice cream, if you can't sell that then why are you in business???
