Attempted get ice cream on Sunday at 830pm at the drive thru. No one greeted us or came to the window. There were two workers. The one with blonde hair and a light blue shirt 👕 looked out the window and did nothing.The one with dark hair with the pink shirt 👚 and drive thru head set took out the trash. This also happened to another car. Got out of line and went back again no service! People were sitting out front eating ice cream in and out of the store being served but not the drive thru customers! What kind of business are you all running?!

Disappointing experience. This location has been out of milk on our last two visits, which makes it hard to enjoy an ice cream shop at all. Once is understandable, but twice in a row points to poor inventory management. After wasting two trips, it’s hard to recommend this Baskin-Robbins.

I really like Baskin Robbins’ Banana Royal — when they make it right, it’s amazing. The mix of banana, ice cream, and toppings is perfect and totally worth it. But it’s hit or miss depending on when you go. During the day, it’s usually great, but at night they tend to skimp on the ingredients — smaller scoops, less topping, and barely any banana. It’s a little disappointing for the price, especially when you know how good it can be. Consistency would make this a 5-star treat every time.

She exactly said topping was 99cent and charged every toppings and I ask if I can talk manager the one guy come over( his very rude) he said we don’t have manager. They charged little baby kid cup 7$ very incredible. Got couple gummies and sprinkles little. And when I left door with my baby the girl she was laughing me behind . Horrible!!!

The slowest Baskin robins in history. It doesn’t matter if you go in or through the drive through they take the longest time . Sometimes I will be the only customer and they still take 10 plus minutes to take my order because they’re making drive through orders. If I go through the drive through it’s always 30 plus minutes .

I walk in and nobody greets me then I stand there for 3 minutes. A couple walks in and get serviced immediately. While I am asked to wait. I’m brown. They were white. I’ll say that much. First time there and last time there.
Love Baskin Robbins! 1st time I've ordered a cake with them. They did an awesome job! I just asked for a basketball themed cake with Lakers colors. They went above and beyond and made it that much better! Not only did it look great, it tasted even better! Thank you so much for all the added details!!

Terrible service and employee care i went in to use the bathroom and was going to buy some ice cream but refused to let me until i bought ice cream even though i had to go and tried to explain to them that i had a medical condition, OAB: overactive bladder syndrome , and couldnt wait and when i finally bought ice cream there was a hair in it and continued to be rude to me and my family until we decided to leave highly do not recommend coming here
