The small thus, the staff appears to be limited. There seemed to be only 1 waitress on duty at the time. Thus no one ever came back to check on our table. The food is somewhat bland.

Two of us ordered omelets and the other a Cuban sandwich and we were all three very happy with our meals. Menu has Cuban/Caribbean slant.

Visiting my son who's in the military & we came here for breakfast. Bodega 1205 did not disappoint. The food was amazing delicious. Homemade omelet and the guava empanada yummy per my son.The café con leche is just what I needed for the drive back home to Florida. Will definitely be returning back here. If you're here visiting your military loved one, stop in and grab a bite to eat. You will not be disappointed. Our server was extremely friendly, the atmosphere relaxing and inviting with Latin 🎶 🎵 and of course it's in downtown Columbus so go for a walk afterwards. The owner is also a veteran so discount to our military personnel. Thank you.

Been here twice and it was great if you were the two people sitting outside across from us interrupting our meal too tell us about how public officials in Savannah should be shot you should be ashamed of yourself and learn some situational awareness

I want to be fair and say I'll give this place another chance, but I have to share my honest experience. I came here once before, maybe two years ago, but it wasn't memorable enough to bring me back—so I was hoping this visit would be different. I was invited by a friend who loves this place, so I expected a better experience. Unfortunately, the service was unfriendly, and the wait time was extremely long; it took over an hour to receive our food for three adults and a five-year-old. I understand that kitchens can get backed up, but there was no apology or effort to make the wait more bearable. When we politely asked if our food was coming after an hour, the server's response felt dismissive. If I hadn’t been invited by someone, I would’ve likely left rather than wait that long.

Nothing was done to improve the situation—no manager checking in, no offer of a snack for the wait, and no effort to bring out the child's food sooner. Overall, the service was disappointing, and the long wait was frustrating. Based on this experience, I honestly can’t recommend this place.

Finally a restaurant that caters to you and satisfies your taste buds with authentic Puerto Rican dishes and beverages for at an affordable price. The staff was friendly and attentive to my hubby and my needs. The atmosphere was authentic. I felt like I was in P.R.
The owners Cesar & Jossy listened patiently as I pleaded for their pastelles de masa, that taste just like my moms recipe, to be placed back on the menu. I hope they decide to make them for the upcoming holidays. It's a long process to prepare, but the end results speak 4 themselves. Not everyone can pull this off. Bodega 1205 has!! We will proudly return with family and friends.

Parking: Downtown Columbus. Plenty of street parking near restaurant
