Ordered brunch. Bodega omelet and bodega Benedict. No flavor. Chopped up deli meat from pigly wiggly. $3 for cheese? Very disappointing overall.I don’t know why or how this is called Cuban but the flavors are completely, completely lacking. Food presentation was a mess too.

First time to Bodega. The food is amazing. Great omelet with chorizo, chicken empanadas, ham croquettes, and tostones. Loved the hot chocolate. It's definitely a must to try Bodega when in Columbus, Georgia.

So excited to find this gem. I am in Columbus for a brief visit and my sister brought me here. Lucky me! The atmosphere is the best. It is bustling and so obviously Spanish and Latin. I feel welcomed and happy when I walk in. The location is central to fun in Uptown. The menu makes me drool. Do come and bring friends. This is a spot best shared.Kid-friendliness: a family spot where yoy can feel sophisticated and know the kids are welcome

We arrived at this place and were greeted at the entrance by a very professional and friendly brunette guy. He told us that the wait was 45 minutes and that there were people waiting before us. So we decided to wait... in 15 minutes we are already seated. I don't have a single complaint about the place. Even if I had had to wait 45 minutes, my grade would have been the same. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am Puerto Rican and there I got two of the things I miss most about my little island; the taste of the food and the charisma of the people. Everything we tried was delicious and fresh. The waitress was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. The place is super clean, the presence of the dishes is impeccable. The waitresses passed by me and smiled at me as if they knew me... and something I always pay attention to when I go to eat at a restaurant is the harmony of the waiters... and there was plenty of that; both between them and their clothing. Without a doubt, in this place they think of everything when it comes to providing good service. I will be back!

Steak had no flavor and it was chewy. Mofongo was ok, not great. Service was good.

I wish I could give a review of the food, but I’ll stick with what I know.I didn’t even make it past the door before being hit with a very unpleasant smell. Not sure if that was normal or not, but whatever it was must have shown on my face because the host immediately gave me an attitude. When I said I was waiting on someone to show, the host shewed me to the corner to wait. I wasn’t offered a menu, or shown any hospitality you expect from the places in downtown Columbus, GA. But upon my perusing of their menu I grabbed from the bar, I noticed some fairly pricey menu items. That was a good indicator that this place wasn’t for me anyway.Well I decided the service probably wouldn’t get any better from there, and I wasn’t planning on spending my money on overpriced food, so I called my friends and decided to take our business elsewhere. I may be back, but I don’t think the place is for me. This Hoity toity, stuffed shirt, snooty restaurant can keep their $32 plates of food and bad attitude.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I love every aspect, from the smile of the host to the hospitality of the waitress. This restaurant should be number 1 in Columbus for Latin cuisine. I really enjoy eating at Bodega 1205. The food is always fantastic! The service is friendly and attentive. If you happen to have the time to stop in for a bite, I recommend that you try the double espresso with your meal. I drink mine black, but they also offer you sugar. If you're a coffee lover like me, you will definitely not be disappointed. The meal that I love the most is the pernil. The pork is so tender and the flavor is amazing. Couple that with the arepas and you will be all set. Definitely give the bodega a try!!!

Drove an hour in the rain to be turned away at the door because they close at 3 and it was 3:04. There were many tables still seated. Seemed like they could have been more accommodating for a single person. 7pm is the published closing time, please update the
