The tables in the dining area had not been cleaned since lunch time. Should have been a big clue. We ordered 2 spicy chicken biscuits. One was ok the other very undercooked. It was returned to the kitchen. A replacement was delivered but was unsatisfactory as well. Just put it in the trash and left.

They close at 830pm(from online overview). I'm writing this message at 7:33pm and after sitting up there for 15 mins thinking maybe they're in the back doing something but nice they closed the store early ! And it's just Thursday! Lol, I know this is petty, but it's so inconsiderate. You don't know anyone's situation, and you guys were closed. If you don't want to work, why apply for the job, so selfish and lazy. Get some decorum and do the job you get paid to do. Just ghetto, fire the whole staff, time for replacements at this point.

The bo round was cold and to greasy all I can taste is grease and if I had chap lip all I got to do is eat a bit round and the biscuit wasn't done I hate stopping by there Everytime there is no customers there it's bad when you try to give another chance and it the same thing every time

I love Bojangles but this location is always subpar. From cold hard biscuits early in the morning to overcooked or old chicken early in the afternoon. My purpose of this review is not to bash them (I love Bojangles) but rather hopefully encourage them to make changes. I never have any issues at the Airport Thruway location.
Update: waiting 30 minutes so far on CHICKEN at a chicken place. At least it won't be cold. The employees act like they're hanging out on a corner instead of being at work. Cussing like sailors.

The overall experience was sad, the 2 out of 4 times i went there they were closed 2 hours before the actual closing time. They said they ran out of everything 3 hours before and they only had 1 customer in front in the entirety of a 30 minute wait. I can see why its empty.

The worst Bojangles I have ever been to. There's no professionalism the establishment is dirty. They had zero customers and still got my order wrong. Food isn't fresh, mannerism are a zero. I understand we are accustomed to social norms however when it comes to taking people's money for a service that service should be rendered in a respectful and professional Manner.
