I really have to stop giving this place a chance. I was going to give this place at least 3 stars until I got home. I ordered the regular 8 PC and sides. When I get home I look in the box and I have an 8 pc Dark. No breasts, no wings, just thighs and legs. I'm not even going to waste the energy to go back and try to get it corrected. I'm simply not coming back there anymore. The other locations are decently better with a much shorter wait time. This location is never busy but it always takes forever to get your order. I stopped coming months ago because of the horrible attitude of one of the guys who stayed on his phone when supposed to be working the register. I'm just over this location altogether.

April is horrible!! April argued with a customer this morning about a small order of rice. Although her relative (service member) paid over $60 for their food. She chews gum and serves food with long braids uncovered in the kitchen area, and has poor communication and is extremely unprofessional. I will not recommended this location to none of my family and friends.

DON’T EAT HERE. Save your money and time. Pulled into the drive thru, the restaurant wasn’t busy and I was the only car. No one greeted me or proceeded to take my order. I still patiently waited, to still not be greeted and not get my order taken. Someone finally came on the intercom, to still not greet me or apologize for the wait. I ordered 3 grilled chicken combos, to which they pulled me up to wait for that. I waited an additional 15 minutes, and a male worker brought my order out, he was eating and chewing food while he handed me my order. The fries were hard and extremely salty, the grilled chicken was good until we bit into uncooked meat. We tried calling to speak with the manager but no one ever answered the phone. I should have known better to not eat from a restaurant with a 80 health score. This service was horrible, serving uncooked meat is a serious health risk. I’m extremely mortified and disgusted. If I could give a zero I would and all I can do is shake my head. At this point just close the restaurant.

Kinda felt this place was sketchy, but we tried it. Wanted grilled chicken that’s ON the menu and was told everything was fried!!!! Lady at the window was nice but when I asked for extra condiments she got snippy and aggravated. Got a chicken biscuit and a chicken sandwich. Apparently the grease was bad, that they were still using. My wife got sick and I had a horrible taste in my mouth all day. Will NOT go back here.
