Kinda felt this place was sketchy, but we tried it. Wanted grilled chicken that’s ON the menu and was told everything was fried!!!! Lady at the window was nice but when I asked for extra condiments she got snippy and aggravated. Got a chicken biscuit and a chicken sandwich. Apparently the grease was bad, that they were still using. My wife got sick and I had a horrible taste in my mouth all day. Will NOT go back here.

On 7/27/25 I had placed an order for 50pcs chicken, when it was picked up the order was hot and ready. I didn't get what I ordered but the replacement of the order was on point,the buicuit was lite and fluffy. They gave me plenty of condiments. My hat us off to the staff,keep on doing what you're doing. I will be coming back

I should put it at ZERO came through the drive through at 6:30 no one answered, walked to the front door and it was locked!! Why say you're open till 8:30 and no follow through with it. Just simply disappointed.
At this victory Dr location the manager ms April Carter is the absolute sweetest. We’re fairly new to the area and she just comes with this bubbly and kind personality. Definitely makes us feel welcomed

We went for breakfast. It looked as if they showed up late. There wasn't any food in the warmers, to be served. The restaurant appeared filthy. There was one customer in front of us that was apparently waiting for a while, because they apologized to him. We left and had breakfast somewhere else.

I went to the drive thru and was told they had to cook more chicken it would be 18 minutes. I left and went to Walmart a minute and a half down the street. My cousin called me and said she was pulling up to Bojangles drive thru I said great the chicken should be coming up any minute now. I heard them tell her the exact same thing. It's been busy with the special it'll be 18 minutes. There was one car there when I pulled up. I ask my cousin wow I guess it's pretty busy she said she was the only car there and none was there when she pulled up . We live right behind the restaurant in a developing subdivision so I said fine I'll stop by again I'm in check out line.

This is the nearest Bojangles in my area. The only negative thing about Bo is, these food prices are outrageous. They are getting unusually high.
