It was so nice to enjoy bonefish grill again while we were in town. Food was amazing per the usual. Takeout service was great, the forgot our fries but fixed it right up when we let them know.

This was my first time at Bonefish, ever. The food is DELICIOUS!! So flavorful. Actually, scrumptious! I had the lobster stuff shrimp with broccoli and jasmine rice. Whew! So good. The host was prompt with greeting me and seated me immediately. My server Savannah was knowledgeable and very kind. The manager Ashley D. Provided top notch customer service. She allowed her employees to answer my questions without interrupting and smile at them as they were talking. The presentation of the food was nice. No photos to share because I ate every drop and I mean every drop!! lol. If you are in the Columbus, GA area, stop at Bonefish for a beautiful experience from beginning to end. Service was good. It wasn’t the server’s fault that it took twenty five minutes to find a bottle, chill and open and pour the ordered Riesling. It wasn’t the server’s fault that it took over 45 minutes for our entrées to arrive. It certainly wasn’t the server’s fault that the Eggs Benedict were presented with eggs hard-cooked instead of properly poached. And it wasn’t the server’s fault that the manger took ten minutes to respond to our request to speak to him. Service was fine.

I always have a great time every time I visit this Bonefish. Food is great always hot, fresh, and flavorful. Drinks are always good. The ambience, presentation, and overall experience is always 10/10. The staff is amazing all the way up to the manager, Ben. All the servers are great, but Amanda made our dining experience even better. I love coming here !

I am a Bonefish girl, but still fair in my reviews. YES! It is one of my favorite casual/mid-range seafood restaurants in Columbus Ga . Recently, we took our granddaughter to celebrate her birthday along with our beautiful great granddaughter who  really enjoyed the evening out to dinner with the grown ups l. Thanks guys for treating her like the little lady she is becoming . Ben the manger is her new best friend. He was attentive and kind to her, she felt seen and special! Thanks Ben. This server was knowledgeable and efficient. However, we found her a bit cold and aloof in her expressions and mannerism when serving us ( I'm a very big stickler for friendly customer service, because the tip amounts starts to decrease without it ) so,I'm going to chalk it up to maybe she was having a bad personal life day. I will give her this grace. Otherwise, the night was wonderful. The bar menu for the social hour 4-6:30pm is really great. We love the Tuna Tartar and of course, the bang bang anything is always a hit. The social hour cocktails are on point and the vibe is really nice. You can't go wrong with Bonefish for social hour, Sunday brunch, dinner ( special dinners) or any other occasion . Trust me :)

Since we had eaten a late breakfast; we decided on Bang Bang Shrimp ( I enjoyed it sauteed), with coleslaw and broccoli. It made a wonderful meal!
Taylor was absolutely lovely!! She was most attentive, excellent with the details of our order. Made fresh pot of coffee for my husband. Her cheerfulness was contagious! Her great people skills should be used to train others, because she definitely has what it takes to please people.
