I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience at your Whittlesly location. As a loyal customer who has visited this location many times over the past 8 years, I feel compelled to share my concerns about the customer service I received.
On October 21, 2024 at 5:39 PM, I visited your store and encountered an issue with employee rudeness. This is particularly disappointing as it follows a similar experience I had with another employee some time ago, which had caused me to take a break from visiting your establishment.
During my visit, I simply asked if there was a good amount of pecans and caramel in the white turtle flavor. I understand that the content may vary depending on when the batch was made, as other employees have explained to me in the past. Usually, staff members have been happy to check and provide an honest answer.
However, the employee I interacted with responded with a dismissive attitude, stating, "It's always the same amount." This response was not only unhelpful but also inaccurate based on my previous experiences. When I asked her to check, she acted as though I was making an unreasonable request.
I believe that providing good customer service, including answering questions politely and with a smile, is essential in the food service industry. It doesn't require much effort to be courteous and helpful to customers.
I would like to recommend that you consider providing additional customer service training to your employees. This could help ensure that all customers have a positive experience when visiting your store.
I hope you will take this feedback into consideration. I have enjoyed your ice cream for many years and would like to continue doing so, but the quality of customer interactions is as important to me as the quality of your product.

The ice cream is good the workers don't know how to follow instructions!! I have given this place 3 chances. If you ask for extra they will charge you and not give it to you. Get better employees and I'll come back.
The employee on duty had an attitude as if she didn’t want to be at work, gave us the ice cream and no napkins, my grandson kept asking to use the bathroom she refused to open the door for him.
Kid-friendliness: My grandchild needed to use the restroom the lady would not open the bathroom.

I have been to Cali/LA & El Paso and nothing will top this ice cream place! From the choices of ice cream and the quality? Best hands down! A lot of choices to choose from. It’s worth the price bc the scoops are BIG! My family loves this place & we chose it bc they make the ice cream fresh.
Parking: There’s a big parking lot so you don’t need to worry about parking at all. Also never crowded or busy in the parking lot. Easy to get in and get out!
Kid-friendliness: I have a one year old who was just always fascinated by the colors within the building.
