The ice cream is good the workers don't know how to follow instructions!! I have given this place 3 chances. If you ask for extra they will charge you and not give it to you. Get better employees and I'll come back.

The employee on duty had an attitude as if she didn’t want to be at work, gave us the ice cream and no napkins, my grandson kept asking to use the bathroom she refused to open the door for him.
Kid-friendliness: My grandchild needed to use the restroom the lady would not open the bathroom.

I have been to Cali/LA & El Paso and nothing will top this ice cream place! From the choices of ice cream and the quality? Best hands down! A lot of choices to choose from. It’s worth the price bc the scoops are BIG! My family loves this place & we chose it bc they make the ice cream fresh.
Parking: There’s a big parking lot so you don’t need to worry about parking at all. Also never crowded or busy in the parking lot. Easy to get in and get out!
Kid-friendliness: I have a one year old who was just always fascinated by the colors within the building.

I am a loyal customer of Bruster's for years & I have encountered a couple of things off & on but nothing to make a big fuss about but last night me & my daughter went for ice cream & this took the cake. I ordered a brownie sundae & received my order in the bag. Upon arriving home I noticed the bag felt wet under the bottom & my hand was sticky, so I opened the bag & my ice cream was put into a styrofoam container as you would put a hamburger in. My ice cream had melted & was coming out of the sides. I would have rather been told we do not have any more plastic containers than to have experienced this type of customer service!!!!
