Never had a problem until my visit today I order on the same website they have linked to their page btjs and on the 10 pc wings it requires you to chose 2 flavors you canny chose only only , I selected mild and lemon pepper not half and half which is a separate option to the bottom of the page and the white lady at the register was rude and told me they will not remake it, no refund or anything tooken off and they don’t answer the phone for you to even place a order. What is the point in telling us to check the food to make sure the order is correct if you won’t fix it . Customer service 1/10.

The food is good, but the dark skinned cashier who works at night has a rude demeanor. She didn't give clear details when I asked about a military discount and when I confronted her about it she had a rude attitude as if I did something to her. Learn how to talk to customers, it's what keeps them coming back. Service does not match the food.

Very disappointed with my orders today. Fries were not fresh, even though I asked for fresh fries. My husband's chicken philly sandwich was not good on this visit. Today was a off day for them. I hope to have a better experience if I visit again.
Horrible first experience. Got the 20 piece wing and fries. Over seasoned lemon pepper wings and cold, old fries. Will not be wasting my money in this establishment ever again

Never had an issue. Just moved back to Ga and this is the first place we went for wings. They are always crispy, small and hot. They give you plenty of fries or rice. My go to place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. $40 down the drain. They gave me raw food after bringing it back the manager got rude and started yelling saying he will recook it and I should have checked the food before leaving how can I open up every single wing and check them just to see if they are done.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE TOLD ME NEXT TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DONT COME BACK HERE I WONT !!!! The front counter ppl were nice but the manager is horrible.
