“My brothers and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings to catch up, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The food came out surprisingly fast, and everything was fresh and hot. The wings were absolutely on point! We asked for them extra crispy, and they were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside without being overcooked, just as we wanted.
While the drinks were decent, I’m only saying that because I had just returned from a cruise where they pour a bit more generously. But it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our waitress, whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and at ease. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaging—always checking in on us without interrupting our conversation. We shared plenty of laughs throughout our meal, and she even joined in on the fun, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
She wasn’t just doing her job; she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Her positive attitude and energy really made the whole experience memorable. I’ve been to many places where the service can feel robotic, but not here. She brought a personal touch that made us feel valued as customers, and that made all the difference.
Overall, it was a 10/10 visit. I hope every time I go to Buffalo Wild Wings, I get the same level of service and quality. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!”

This BWW establishment is the worst. They move like pond water. I placed a to go order and was given a time of 6:10 pm that it would be done. It wasn't ready until 6:51 pm. It took almost an hour for some wings and a thing of fries.

Honestly this used to be me and my best friends spot, but I don’t know what has happened. The last three or four times it’s been horrible. The service was terrible . The food was mid, and it wasn’t clean. We decided to give it one last chance last night but as soon as we walked in the hostess just walked off with no “hey I’ll be with you in a second”. We waited about ten minutes at the front just to see if anybody would seat us, but nobody did so we left. I regret giving this place any of my money in the past to be treated that way. And I work in the service industry so I try to be understanding and patient but this place has just overall gone down hill. I also noticed all the trump flags the brief time I was there. You have time to decorate the restaurant with your political beliefs but not time to clean? We wont be back and I’ll never recommend this place to anyone again.

Service was horrible went last night and with my aunt and was highly disappointed and disgusted we walked in granted they close at 1am on mondays we walked in at 12 for wings first off the greeter tried to make us have a take out order if you all close at 1 why is it an attitude had to ask another server can we be seated after they took us my aunt ordered a drink clearly the server was not a bartender because she went to studying the the recipe then the manager come doing the same but I would respect it more to say food only instead of just mixing a drink and you don’t know what you’re doing nevertheless she sent the drink back it tasted nothing like what she asked for the other ppl that were sitting there didn’t drink theirs either instead of being manager and doing what managers do apologize she went to the back tucked her tail then when leaving as we were walking out service was already horrible the actual bartender came back I guess to clean but she was so nice but the manager is rude and nasty didn't even say bye have a good night just watched us leave while turning off tvs I’m big on cx service a smoke I’m sorry we are short staffed and we are getting ready to close would have been perfect or you all have a great night sorry about those drinks but everybody seem annoyed and ready to get laying customers gone, I never eat there for the wings so I’m not going to speak on food I just dislike rude nasty customer service

Ambience is decent with a good vibe but too many tv's make it a little hard to focus. Worst part is it took me 45 minutes to get a sandwich and the server simply said she didn't know why it took so long. It also took forever to get the check, and its not like she walked by close enough for me to ask for it.

It was so loud when they turned on the football game!! We could niot even carry on a conversation!! When we asked the manager if he would turn it down a little he replied very rudely, "This is a sports bar. People come here to watch the game." Well, this is the first sports bar I have ever been in that had the game that loud. We politely got up and walked out. We will not be back!!!
