My boyfriend and I dined in at this location on Tuesday, March 10th around 8pm. We both had not had Buffalo Wild Wings in a longtime and decided to give it a try this night. We were seated upon arrival and our server was a young lady she had tattoos on her neck and arms. She approached our table and immediately just said “what to drink” no friendly welcome. We didn’t think anything of it because people have bad days of course and maybe she was ready to go but customer service still could have been much better. When taking our order and bringing food she just seemed mad. My boyfriend actually tried to contact her 3 times for a refill and she just proceeded to walk past every time, he ended up having to just get one to go. Food was very good, but the service just made the experience not good

The wings are consistently good with lots of sauces to choose from. The lunch specials are great especially the ten bone in wings fries and drink for 13 dollars. Justin at the bar is excellent and no matter how busy he keeps your drink filled and just does a wonderful job. We go every Friday for our Wing fix. 😁

I know it seems wild to only give 4 stars with giving 5 on everything else but it was more the time it took for our food. The food tasted great, our waitress was great but the kitchen took a long time. For a rather empty restaurant. Maybe the kitchen was shirt staffed🤷🏼‍♀️.

We sat there in the dining area with maybe 4-5 other small groups of people. 2-4 people at each table. The restaurant was not crowded to say the least. Now I understand why. The food was good, but as when we finished are meal, looking to pay the bill there was not a single employee/server/bartender anywhere. We sat and waited 10-15 minutes, not a soul.
We could have easily walked out. Finally saw our waitress come out of kitchen area and start organizing glasses instead of bringing our bill. We had to walk across the restaurant to get the bill from her. Needless to say no tip for her was left and we won't be back to Columbus, GA location.

Had the unfortunate experience of dining at this place this afternoon. The waitress that took our order was pleasant and professional. However our food was hurled at us like methony pigtails was trying out for the Olympic shot put team. I ordered a burger and the wife had wings. Wings were usual Buffalo Wild Wings. Now let’s talk about this “burger”. I had the hatch smash burger. The picture in the menu looks delish and composed of all things one can dream of in a delish burger. Then it arrives via the methony express. I can only assume they acquire burger buns that have been forged in the fires of Mordor, impervious to mortal dental equipment. So if by some feat of supernatural strength you make it thru the top layer of asphalt you will arrive at the “smash burger” portion of this creation. This layer includes so much oil that America is planning on invading it. Now I’m sure you’re saying to yourself well that’s fine I’m sure they gave money back or atleast a discount. Well don’t you worry not a single cent was removed from the bill. Maybe your thinking well atleast let them know so others don’t have this problem also. Nay nay, after speaking with the waitress they are fully aware and it’s due to “the heat station being to hot on a cold day.” I can only hope that one day a Harvard educated individual will I’ll walk into this establishment to find a solution to this quandary. 0-10 would not waste money unless you want to root on methony and her shot put dreams.

Walked in with family. Lady in the front did not speak. Another lady with glasses came and said “how many yall got?”. There wasn’t no hey welcome or anything. We gladly left. It’s bad hospitality. I don’t like it at all.

This was genuinely horrible I went with my soccer team as a team bonding event. Everyone got their food but my table, then when my table got theirs I didn’t. Supposedly my food was put in wrong. But, when they made it they said they dropped it. Causing me to continue waiting. I’m still waiting and they bring me check. Unfortunately when I finally get it it’s a cold brick of cheese in between toast. I’d also like to include the waitress did not check on us throughout the time.

Less than 10 tables in the restaurant with people sitting at them, waited an hour for food, wings and tenders nothing difficult. Waitress was terrible and not attentive at all. Never even came to the table within that hour to refill drinks. Once food came out I was told another 4 minutes for my grilled tenders. 4 minutes turned into 25 minutes. My family was done eating before I even got my food. Waitress not manager seemed to care. Was told the managers were cooking. Absolutely terrible!
