The lady that took my order, had body tattoos everywhere. However, that was not an issue. At that time, I was the only customer. She was not friendly and was rushing me to order. I don't think she enjoys working there because she never smiled. She also did not thank me.

The food is great, and customer service was not so great. my 1st time there, and when I walked through the door, no one greeted me; though, as I waited, every person ( Caucasian) after me was greeted by at least two employees.
Best poke in Columbus! I insist that you try the kelp noodles, they are my fav!

Overall my experience here today was phenomenal. I really love the customer service here. They are always super helpful and recommend what’s to get as well as what sauces to get on your poke bowl.
Seems like everything here is freshly made and sourced.
A really great vibe here. I enjoy it.

By far the best customer service I have encountered since moving out to this area. I liked how they gave us samples to try. The lady helping us was quick and efficient with preparing our order. The medium bowl was a nice size bowl. It had great flavor. Lord willing we will be back to eat here again.

The BEST POKE BOWLS EVER! I love poke bowls, but no matter how much I have traveled I have yet to find one as good as this. The fish is so fresh and the staff is so great when it comes to giving recommendations and giving generous topping portion sizes

Finally a good Poke place in Columbus! I was so skeptical after trying the stuff around here but this restaurant has made this town so much better. They give great portion sizes too for the price. I'm one very pleased customer ?
