“If you need a long time to figure out what you want then you should probably just go inside because the staff here are very eager to do their job as quickly and efficiently as possible and serve as many people as fast as they can.

“The manager is exceptional handling the team and the food and the way she was treating the customers seeing to it that we got everything we ordered I don’t know her name but I will go back on her shift around one o’clock I remember that because I met my niece from Atlanta there she went home happy“
“I have been saying for awhile that I need to leave a review for this Burger King location. Every time I go through the drive thru, everyone is so nice! I have commented to several people how friendly the staff is, and it doesn’t matter who helps me. So many places seem unconcerned about good customer service, but not this BK! Also, my order has always been right, and the fries are always hot. Plus, they have a 100 on their health inspection.“
“Extremely friendly service at this location. The order was correct and served timely. Most associates go out of their way to make sure your order is correct and as requested. I can't say this about every location, but this is my experience here.“
“First visit to this location. Upon entry, I felt like I was taken back in time to the 80’s or 90’s. I felt a sense of nostalgia. Although the place was dated, it was clean and appeared to be well taken care of. My family and I were starving, however, I didn’t want to eat too much. The kids ordered kids meal cheeseburger🍔, fries and drink. I got a Jr whopper with vanilla shake. My sister got the churros (new on the menu). I forgot to take a picture of their meals and my shake.. The churros was not as sweet as I thought. My burger 🍔 looked well made. Food was good. We would return again.“
“My chicken sandwich was not hot. My husband's burger was good. The granddaughter had no complaints. They have an indoor playground at this location. Nice when it's cold out. The whole place smelled odd.

“Always have to park you and drive through every time we go through there and their orders take forever but the service is nice.
Parking: Pull your parking spaces was hardly anybody there when I arrived but they stay busy and they parked every one of the cars afterwards I know that defeats her speed of service times but whatever“
“I was pleasantly surprised when dining at this BK lounge. Exceptional clean, nice open atmosphere and service very good. BK is BK, but it just tastes better at this location. Some of the other BKs in the Columbus vicinity are dreary, below average service, and a hit or miss if the order is correct!“
“I've only been inside once quickly, otherwise I've always used the drive thru.The only negative I have is that it's very difficult most of the time to get out of the parking lot due to where they are located and traffic.
Parking: Huge parking lot, plenty of spaces. But when leaving is very difficult at times to get out due to the location and traffic.

“Took the kids so that they could play in the big playground inside since the weather had been rainy. Had a great time letting the kids run and play. The gentleman at the front was super friendly and had great customer service. My only slight complaint was the trash built up in the play area but I do understand and it was a busy weekend day and a birthday party.
