It was totally chaos yesterday. Presidents Day. Not enough people to handle the crowd. Short older lady to there saying I don't know while talking to the ones preparing the orders. 25 minutes to get your food. I heard more complaints today than ever in one day. Gotta plan better. Part of my order was put in a tray before the other was making it cold.

This Burger King has its good and bad days, but as of my last few trips it’s been mostly bad days. The line moves slow, they can’t get my order right, and the food is barely hot sometimes. The last two times I’ve ordered a large meal, they rang up a small. On top of that, my jalapeño cheddar bites were just over thawed, like barely room temperature, as if they hadn’t been placed under a warmer when they weren’t used or, you know, fresh. I’ve had to heat them when I get home. Overall extremely disappointing. Hopefully the Bradley Park location can provide better service.

The wait times at this Burger King are absurd; it takes more than 30 minutes to deliver a single combo meal.

My husband ordered 2 Fully Loaded croissants, definitely wasn't fully loaded. One piece of cheese, one slice of bacon, one small slice of ham and of course the sausage patty. Over 16 dollars for our order. Paying this much, you would expect more or attempt to make it correctly. Very disappointed 😞
