This is my favorite burger king. People are always nice and the food is always hot. but tbh even if they arent nice thats how yk the food is good 😂

Lady on drive through was very rude and unprofessional. Does not need to be working a job where she deals with the public. As a hearing impaired person it’s frustrating to feel like you are being treated like a child due my hearing issues
The food was fresh that’s for sure, they must have had no fries made in the morning because I was in line for 10 minutes at the window before anyone even came. No “we are working on the fries please pull up” just nothing. They even started taking food out to the people behind me. I mean there is an SOP for this kind of thing. The only reason service got 3 instead of 2 was the lady actually serving me when she did finally show up was extremely nice and I didn’t have the heart to get irritated with her.

Paid $10.02 Whopper with Cheese meal to go.. Only to find out when I get home ( less than 5 minutes ) cold burger , cold fries .... Never again ..Guess I'll be one of those people that check my food before I leave ..

I waited almost 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me standing waiting to pick up my online order inside at the counter. About 5 people walked by me including the person running the food and the one in drive through. They both looked at me and did not ask me if I was being helped. I would rather go to the burger king in victory dr than this one on north side. So sad. Plus to add insult to injury, their lobby was not cleaned. There was ketchup packets everywhere and the floor looks like it has not been cleaned since the night before.
