We had a group of 6 adults waiting at the counter for 7 minutes. Not one person acknowledged we were there. One person came to the counter, turned around, and walked off.... witnessed one guy on his phone with no gloves

Went to McDonalds up the street!
If I could do -0 stars I would!!! Ordered 2- bacon king cheeseburger meals(my favorite)last night...12/04/2024, fries with one, onion rings with the other and 2 diet Cokes. Within an hour of eating, I was vomiting, diarrhea, trip to ER and diagnosis....FOOD POISONING!!! The only thing we ate different is, I had the onion rings. Staff was friendly....but highly doubt I will ever eat there again!!!!

I'm not sure why they can't get an order right.
Also, you only get 1 sauce per one 8 count of nuggets or you have to pay extra.
So does that mean no sauce with a 4 piece?
How's 2 sauces going to last me through 16 nuggets? The heck?
It's sad how money hungry all the corporations are.

I was pleasantly surprised when dining at this BK lounge. Exceptional clean, nice open atmosphere and service very good. BK is BK, but it just tastes better at this location. Some of the other BKs in the Columbus vicinity are dreary, below average service, and a hit or miss if the order is correct!

How many sauces do you actually get with chicken nuggets?? The employee threw 1 pack of ranch into the bag for our 8 piece, when I asked for the other one I was informed that it only comes with 1 now. I explained that on the app and receipt it says it comes with 2, the employee threw 2 more in the bag. Ordered a bacon double cheese burger, bacon and cheese are clearly marked on the wrapper although the bacon either never made it on or it’s some new invisible bacon..idk.. We also had ice cream cones, those were good.

The lack of intelligence and customer service at this location is ridiculous. Ive had a few issues but like most you write it off & move on but after today no. Companies are setting up online systems that the people in the store have no clue how to work. I had an order a few weeks back that was wrong I went back once for burnt harsh browns then got home and the breakfast sandwich was wrong. I called & was told they would replace it the next time. Well that was 9/11 & this morning was the next time 10/10 only to have a rude employee say we don't replace online orders. How? The store made the order wrong not customer service. It wasn't a door dash order 2) why didn't the manager say we can't replace online orders call csr srv. When I ask for a manager she gets on the phone & when I start speaking she completely talks over me and interrupts me then refuses to give me her name. If you're so right why are you afraid to give your name? Then she says we can't replace orders over 30 days "well that's great b/c mine is at 29". the store manager gets on and says oh no that's not true there isn't a 30day limit. Well once again misinformation. She then refuses to give me the other managers name or the district managers name. She gave me a home office number and a name for someone who doesn't work at the home office. Customer service should always be #1 and these ppl forget this. I wasn't rude or even cared that you wouldn't replace it. it was the waste of my time and the misinformation along with the nice/nasty attitudes. I also would've just paid for a new order if there was a level of customer service present. Moving forward I will start disputing the charges for wrong orders or requesting my money back so the real managers can start questioning why there's so many refunds. Maybe that will make them hire people with a brain that know how to speak to people and work their online systems. They did me a favor anyways I'm not supposed to be eating fast food so Thanks. The previous incident was also due to an online order. I was told I didn't check in at the speaker and when I said I did I was basically told I was lying with an attitude "well if you did I don't know who you talked to because they didn't check you in". Of course there's others but these are the 2 that's making me keep my money & eat elsewhere. Burger King please train better and hire better

Sick of coming here and getting cold food my cheese isn’t even melted for like the 6th time and i can count on 3 hands how many times they’ve got my order wrong or charged me for something I didn’t even ask for im just sick of it man ?my sandwich is cold like it came out of a refrigerator
