This place was wonderful, i came here with a youth group with Shema Baptist Church. We had 25+ people, and they were ready, we ordered, and nobodys food was missing or messed up. Everything was as everyone ordered. They had a system and were happy as they served us. The food was good. Great job to the crew here.
My wife and I stopped by here today to try out BK for the first time in a long time. We did a mobile order, I got the new stacker sandwich and my wife go the OG chicken sandwich. Once re got our food we pulled off and checked it out, her food was right and I got a completely different sandwich. No big deal, I brought it back in and it was taken care of quickly. My wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich and I thought the new stacker sandwich was pretty solid aswell. Overall a decent experience, mistakes happen but how you take care of them speaks louder. This has to be the worst drive thru Burger King in the area, even when it’s not busy it’s going to take forever. The 1st time it happened I chalked it up to an isolated incident but after the latest incident I just have to accept drive thru at this location is not going to be an option.
