Me and my grandma go here all the time but this time was different the lady serving didn’t give us our cups and I ordered soft serve and she didn’t go to the ice cream machine when our food came out there was no cup or no ice cream whoever served me let me tell you this you might be a woman to not let people their service but at least get some kindness and energy to at least serve some goddamn ice cream

I went to burger King about 7:055pm and ordered a combo. As usual on evening shift the fries were over cooked and also half full. It's suppose to be a large fry. This time the drink was almost like water. Is burger King illuminati cause I'm starting to feel some kind of way. How hard is it to follow instructions to cook fries. Messed up my whole meal. This is about the 5th time I've had this problem with all.

Night shift staff!!! Horrible customer service! Left items out of my order and had to drive back to the establishment ! I never received one of my food orders and did not get a receipt. I asked the (night shift )manager for a receipt and he refused to give me my receipt. His excuse was “that he could not pull it up” and had a very nonchalant attitude about it ! Lazy, bad customer service and does not follow instructions! Check your order before you pull off. Big mistake!

The women that work breakfast are great. Very quick and hard working. And polite! Give them a raise!
