We went through the drive thru placed our order, repeated the order twice because they never get it correct. I ordered a combo cheese whopper , hold the lettuce cut with tea. It wasn’t cut and to sloppy to eat. The mayonnaise was dripping. Actually it didn’t taste good at all. Marvin Schuster would have had a fit, he was a perfectionist and the food delicious. Won’t be coming to any Burger King’s anymore.

I come to this burger king multiple times a week for my mother in law usually around first shift with huge orders and the ladies are great ive never had a problem but i came this evening and an older man was working along with the manger Danny and they were horrible and short. I didn’t even order much and they messed up my order they have No customer service once so ever and i had to come back multiple times and still the food was wrong once i got home my burger had no onions like i requested which it had on the receipt then they forgot my chicken nuggets and when i came back to get them i looked in the bag and they gave me 4 funky chicken nuggets so i had to come back and have them fix it again and show them my receipt not to mention no sauce because he threw the bag away and didnt put another in there. I was already hot because i ordered 2 large drinks and they rung me up for 2 small and wouldn't fix it i even offered to pay and the manager would not refund me even after messing up my food and huffing and puffing like he was irritated. I will never be back after receiving such poor customer service and being refused my money back.

Manager was extremely rude and lied about Burger King not giving refunds and then lied about not being able to pull up my order in the system. Claimed she was rude to me because I was “fussing” about my whole order being wrong and wanted a refund. She is very unprofessional and does not have the tact or skills to work with customers on a register much less as a manager.
This is on 9/24/25 at 9:36am.

Efficient and polite employee took my order and I got my food fairly quickly (they were also working on a big order). I did have to go by several tables that were dirty/messy before I found one that was clean. Plenty of parking available.
