Cashier was nice . The problem came in when my order was made wrong no cheese no bacon (which are not free) and I asked for it to be cut in half the manager (I’m assuming) was notified, and was very rude from the beginning. I simply asked for a remake, she stated she couldn’t because she was in a rush. She gave me a refund. Slammed my money on the counter and pushed it across so hard that some hit the floor. I would suggest that if she can’t deal with customers she go stock or prep something.

I simply ask my fries be cooked fresh, due to my husband being on foot. The cashier then assures my husband the fries had just been dropped. Just for my husband to arrive home & every item I purchased was cold. I spent $32.35 in total and was only granted my whopper over again. Very unsatisfied!Update: He got home with my whopper it was cold.

The person that helped us at the register was super sweet and very helpful. The whole staff seemed on great terms and had a wonderful attitude. Loved my experience, very friendly so much I wanted to leave a good review. Awesome folks. The food was great, packed correctly and with care. Thanks!

Fast service and good food. 11/30/23 My Whopper was great with all the right condiments, my fries were hot with just enough salt and my Sprite was cold and delicious... well that really says it all, doesn't it?

I came yesterday night and boy i tell you the service was rude. The manager (big white lady in blue shirt w/ blonde hair) was very rude. At first it was one of the regular employees (light-skinned young boy with short curly hair). They both acted like someone had pissed in their cereal. I ordered extra ranch and i told them that they didn’t give it to me and i was rung up for it. So the boy was like “you only get two ranches per nugget” and i said “well it’s only three in here and plus i asked for extra ranch” so then he walked away from the window and the manager came and she said the same thing as him so i told her exactly what i said to him and then she proceeded to give me sauce but they had holes poked in all of them!! i was so mad and i told her that they had holes on them and she got mad but gave me the sauces! The service was so horrible
So the Burger King is supposedly taking cash only I ordered a cheese burger and fries and was asked to pull up and wait with no one in line and sat here for 12
I bought a kids meal for my granddaughter and the nuggets were cold and hard.
