Ordered online. Waited 15 minutes to get to the store. Still was pulled to a parking spot like the every other car. Sad how BK makes the cashier walk in and out all day everyday here (even when it's raining). All they care about is their drive-thru timer. No point in ordering online. Food was made perfectly though.

Used to have good service. Current day shift is sorry lazy. Ordered online. Food wasn't ready when I got there so I suspected my wait would be worth it because it would be fresh.was not the case. All of my food was old chicken old. Nuggets old. Burgers made wrong.chicken sandwiches made wrong. Didn't seem to care or wanna be there. At least pretend.

I ordered a whooper without tomatoes and they gave me a cheese burger and it took 25 minutes to get my food this is why I can't see giving a fast food worker more than 7.00 a hour it's called life decisions

Can someone tell me why some Burger Kings won't let you leave a review like the one In Phenix City on Stadium Dr. again I pull in and order 2 spicy chicken wraps not only were they cold but tiny as hell for $2.99. I've done an experiment so I've been thru the drive in about 4 times in one month and the food was cold every single time.

Always have to park you and drive through every time we go through there and their orders take forever but the service is nice.
Parking: Pull your parking spaces was hardly anybody there when I arrived but they stay busy and they parked every one of the cars afterwards I know that defeats her speed of service times but whatever
