If you want a fair drive through, don’t come here. The manager was the one who took orders and she skipped me, my line (with like 3, 4 other cars behind me) not once but twice for the other line who just pulled up. And then when I asked she just said she didn’t know I was there and she was struggling too. I was like, girl, I knew there was no camera at the drive through but if you don’t switch your phone and check if any other people in the other line, how would you know or how could I tell you?

Has anyone noticed that Burger King in Phenix City does not let you leave a review. Their food is constantly cold I guess that's why they don't let you leave you a review. Try it pull up both locations in Phenix City and see for your self and when you look their corporate office that says contact us and gives a web site to complain it doesn't give you anywhere to complain

Got an original chicken sandwich and they put it on a hot dog bun like why have hot dog buns if you don't sell hot dogs am disappointed, have never gotten a chicken sandwich like this before

I went through the drive-through today. I was completely blown away by how quickly we moved through the line. I got my food and it was incredibly fresh. I’ll definitely be back to this location for sure.

Watch out owners, they are skimming orders, probabluy to make some side money. 2 8 25 4:45 pm. Might want to find a new manager for that shift and count your money carefully. Don't need help bad enough to damage your reputation. That location shorts me every other order. Oh, what i did get was disgusting. They are short staffed. They had a child as "manager". Didn't see anybody working there above teenager. If they can't have at least one adult working there, they need to shut it down.

Went to the Macon Rd location in Columbus ga and was highly dissatisfied. The manager on duty was Mrs. Victoria. I had two separate orders. One was an Impossible Whopper combo that I specified to be made FRESH. The 2nd order was a simple bacon cheeseburger combo that was placed as well. The Impossible Whopper order came out first and was lukewarm at best. We waited for the drive thru worker to return. She was heading to the window with the second order when I informed her that my Whopper was cold. I gave her the entire bag back. The KICKER was that the second order was hot and you could feel it through the packaging. As we were waiting for the remade FRESH Impossible Whopper. I looked up and the young man was at my window with the remade meal in less than 3 minutes (now that's IMPOSSIBLE). That was the tell tell sign that it was placed in the microwave!! Now the lazy manager did want to remake the entire meal... she even left the cold onion rings in the original bag. Now mind you it was a small in which I ate two out of and there was maybe 6 left... I told the young man that I wanted my entire order to be hot. I didn't care if she gave me 6 hot onion rings back. I wasn't looking for more.. just FRESH/HOT. Mrs. Victoria the lazy manager isn't following the companies motto of HAVING IT YOUR WAY. The sad thing is I visit this location because it's close to home but now I am questioning if I will return. Poor customer service is a big problem for me.

I came in this evening (11/14/24 5:45pm). Firstly, you could not hear the person speaking on the speaker. Then 2 different people decided to speak at the same time over talking each other. When I got to the first window to pay- I asked the young man to repeat my order to make sure everything was right due to the 2 people speaking.
I get to the second window and I get my food, the man asked me what drinks I had, I told him. He stated it’s not what was on the receipt. I checked the receipt and it was wrong. I tried telling him that wasn’t correct. (Why would I order a large meal with a small drink? ) He proceeded to tell me I would have to purchase brand new drinks to fix it. Whatever. I start checking my food to make sure everything was there before I was being rushed out the window. So I just drive home. I get home and none of the right sauces are in there (AFTER asking the man if he put them in there).. and my daughters happy meals did not have their chicken in there. Literally.. no chicken. My husband’s sandwich (maple burb. Whooper) didn’t have none of the right toppings on it.
I called the BK to speak to a manager. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up. All I heard in the background was employees arguing and screaming at each other.

I will say the man giving out the food was apologetic for the drinks. I get he was following protocol I’m sure.

But regardless, the service was absolutely horrendous. Our food was wrong and atrocious. Our drinks were basically soda water cause it needed changed. I couldn t get anyone on the phone. Definitely will not return.
