Macon Rd BK, it was horrible. You're next door to headquarters and you still ain't got it together.It wasn't my first visit there and everything was fine before - service, food, attitudes, but when I went back, it was horrid.One of the service workers was in a verbal combat with a customer about her "bad attitude," the store was filthy from the counters and service areas to the drink area, tables and floors and I started to leave after I thought someone was screening a cast member for a rancid TikTok video.The next day, I returned hoping that day was a fluke. It wasn't. Floors, doors, counters, tables only looked like someone made a 1/4th effort to clean it. Then all I asked for was my free "survey" sandwich from the time before along with a coffee and hash browns and I can't get a question answered without the nearly same nasty attitude that the other guy got the day before.I made it my business to let Miss 29-letter first name know I didn't appreciate her snarky attitude and left promptly; started to cancel the entire order behind Ms Mean Mugging Mouthy, but I just decided not to ever go back again.
Beautiful place, clean, tidy, good service, accessible by express, very well located, the service was excellent and the wait was extremely moderate.

I love this place. It is what a Mamma's favorite Burger King's here in Columbus. You can't beat the food is delicious. The people are wonderful and the drive through is so fabulousKid-friendliness: They have an inside playground.
Ordered lunch str8 turnover from breakfast and the food is terrible.The whopper was cold before I got down the street.The coke was the worst.I took it back and got tea,not any better. Maybe my taste buds changed.They need to go back to grill not microwaving this

This BK is one of the best locations in Columbus. I have never had a bad meal or bad service. The restaurant is always clean.
I always go to this BK the drive through was fast at one point it’s slowed down a bit there’s one lady at the window that doesn’t wanna give condiments or salt n pepper I always get sighs when asking so this is new. Food is always pretty fresh too.Parking: Pretty big lot they just need to fix that huge ramp to get in there. IT’s rediculasKid-friendliness: They have a play groundWheelchair accessibility: Wide doors and parking

The drive-thru customer service is awful not all but the little lady in the morning have a very bad attitude. Never greets, never smile and shut you down if you ask for condiments with your order.
