It doesn't matter witch Burger King i choose to go to. Doesn't matter what state I'm in they NEVER get my order correct! I can order ahead online and they still get it wrong every single time. There frozen coke is always unavailable due to the machine always being broken.

Last time I ate at the Warm Springs/Gentian Rd location I got so sick. Like food poisoning type sick. I got a burger, I usually don't get; I think it was a double Whopper. I was so hungry. I kind of thought that Burger King's meat was precooked, still not sure if that answer. But, the double Whopper I ordered that night sure looked pink and I know the faces of a lot of people up there cuz I eat there a lot before this incident and it was a new face I had never seen before. Tall skinny dark haired girl that was serving the food. I think, this was two or three weeks ago. I was sick enough that it turned me off from being able to pull into a Burger King anymore!

Did an online order. Typically a fine location but they premade my iced coffee before I got there so the ice was all melted and watered down my coffee and I ordered a whole giant burrito and they gave me a much cheaper one (cost $1) that’s also much smaller and less ingredients. Had to drive all the way back. EDIT: Apparently it’s the correct food item but BK decided to abruptly downsize all their items and that’s not the employees fault but they looked at us like we were crazy until one employee backed us up and confirmed the item had been downsized. He’s amazing and gets all the appreciation but I won’t be eating here anymore since there’s been downsizing. There’s no point anymore.

Good food but I don't know what it is with Burger Kings here but you will sit in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. And for some reason the worker yelled STOP thru the drive thru because I didn't hear that she asked what sauce and I said sweet tea.....

Service was good and friendly although if you're having a bad day I wouldn't rely on the workers to work faster, as a customer if you are perceived as if you're in a rush it seems like they slow down on their service like they're proving a point. The store is always busy so the store isn't the cleanest. The food is great when it's fresh.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to get an overpriced sausage biscuit that was so burnt and overcooked it wasn’t edible. Who in their right mind would serve food that looks like this? Absolutely terrible.
