I can’t say enough about Burt’s customer service. We traveled from Ohio to Georgia for our son’s graduation from basic training. After eating Army food for 11 weeks, our son wanted a good steak and some homemade prime rib. Since we were staying at an Airbnb we knew cooking steak and prime rib would be a challenge. We went to the butcher to find some good cuts of steak and were pleasantly surprised to learn that Burt would marinate and cook the meat for a small fee. He seasoned and cooked the steak and prime rib just the way we asked and our son loved it. Burt recommended baked potatoes for one of our meals. He let us pick out potatoes from his stock and he told us how to cook them his way in the microwave, they turned out perfect. He has other sides to choose from and my favorite was the macaroni and cheese, but the steamed vegetables were good too.
This place reminds me of the authentic butcher shop I used to go to with my Mom when I was a kid. I wish we had a place like this near us here in Ohio. So Burt if you are reading this, we have a perfect place for you to set up shop!

Love the food!!!! We discovered this place by accident. But will eat here everytime we are close. Steaks are fresh and cooked to order. People are awesome !!!!

Not much to look at on the outside, but the food is spectacular!!!! Forget Outback and the chain restaurants...support locals.

This is the best fried chicken and schnitzel my family has ever eaten! And we had enough to take home for the next day to eat. Also, the food prices are so low compared to EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT and the food is much better at Burt’s!

We had a company party catered. Even with short notice, Burt came through and made the party a great success. The food was cooked perfectly, he delivered it on time and was very professional. Definitely recommend!!!!

My co-workers and I had this today for lunch and we enjoyed every bite. Looking for good local food can’t go wrong with Burt’s the guy at the window was very friendly.

Came in for lunch and ordered the lunch ribeye. Now, for $10 i know i'm going to get a pretty thin steak that's going to be hard to cook to any temp preference. I'm aware of that.While waiting on my food, I'm looking around and this place is absolutely filthy. I can't guess how many decades it had been since they last swept and mopped this floor.Steak comes out (quite a bit longer of a wait that i would expect considering there's only 1 other table here) and it is swimming in some kind of brown sauce. I mean the plate is a swimming pool for this steak.Yes, the steak was thin, as i was expecting, but looking at it there's not a bit of maillard reaction on it. It looks boiled. Cut into it, not a bit of pink, it's fully well. Take a bite, and it's the damn saltiest thing I've ever put in my mouth. Completely inedible. I honestly believe they started with Dale's marinade (which i already loathe) added garlic salt to it, and then boiled the steak in a pan in it. Terrible texture and any beef flavor was completely lost to the salty marinade the steak was swimming in.After that 1 bite, I knew there's no choking this steak down. I did something I've never done before, left and refused to pay for that abomination they call food.

Always love me some Burt's. We bought steaks and had lunch. Always quality and great taste. Plus, lunch was great.

Parking: Don't know how many spaces, but there are many, enough for seats in restaurant.
