Trash customer service representatives because they always have their phone in their hands cross contaminating all orders with their germs. They never wash their hands after touching their phone and they don’t apologize for their poor listening skill when they get your order incorrect. Instead they text about you amongst themselves rather than simply apologizing. Which I zoomed in and saw for myself. They know to text it and not say it.(Scary (Clock it). The owners are never there to correct them. I would be concerned about consumer privacy rights because they could easily capture your card data and buy more citi trends looking attire. Don’t go and risk your personal information being taken, but rider being messed up, or germs being issued out by hand.

I don't know how was on the phone the other day but I was soooooo happy to hear their voice! Such a pleasant, knowledgeable soul. She was very respectful and gregarious. Awesome employee. I wish I knew her name.

You can never go wrong with C-town wings. They have good food. They keep their lobby nice n clean. They are fairly quick with getting the orders out.

It's been a long time since I had some decent and fresh wings/fried rice. Both were very delicious and satisfying. Also the service was straight forward and pleasant.

Had a crab broil from here it was disgusting. I paid 30 dollars and couldn't get a refund. Brought this to celebrate with my husband and very disappointed. I won't eat from this place EVER again. It was just wrong.
I'm omw back but I only had one wing and it was sooo good and crispy not like others with the skin flimsy. It was medium hot. But will let you know if any different when I get my full meal if my own!

11/02/2024 3:37 PM This place food sucks and customer service sucks. Both owners (gray Toyota pickup truck) are rude to customers and disrespectful towards their employees. Fried catfish is fried HARD, basically nothing but crust no meat. Fries are stale and overcooked. Wings are stale, soft and drenched in sauce. Waste of money 🙄 Do yourself a favor and go to B Merrell's
