Lunch was excellent on March 6! The eggplant parmigiana with garlic bread was delicious and an appropriate serving. The dining area was nice and quiet. The service was fast and accurate. Good location for lunch. Fred

Cafe Amici never dissappoints! One of my college roommates and I caught them right before closing this week and the meals were as if we'd been there within the first hours of operation. I had the Cabonera and she had a Chicken Cusine...not sure of what it was called but it had tomatoes and she chose Angel Hair pasta. I was nervous to take her, as she is a native of New York and we all know they are renowned for Italian. It did ruin our 32 year Sisterhood ?

This joint was okay. My manicotti was like a kid portion, it was gone from my plate in a min. The carbonara was good at first but it was drowning in either an oil or fat and it became uneatable at one point. I gave this place a second try but I won't be going back a third.. ?

Heard a lot of great things about this spot. Was extremely eager to give it a try. Upon entry it took about five minutes to be greeted. After being seated and ordering it was at least another hour until receiving our food. I am aware that lunch hours are a longer wait time experience at this restaurant but this was just too long of a wait for us. Thank you for the hospitality and letting us try the restaurant.

UNSAFE AND THEY DON'T CARE - DANGEROUS POSSIBLE LIFE ALTERING AND UNPLEASANT DINING EXPERIENCE!!!Tonight, my husband and I dined at Cafe Amici, and unfortunately, our experience was far from safe and satisfactory. We encountered a major issue food issue. My husband received a MENTAL SHRED in his ordered dish, tortellini Alla Pana!!! The metal shred was a thick as 3 staples wide!!! This not only posed a serious safety concern but also left me questioning the overall hygiene standards in the kitchen. I immediately brought it to the attention of the staff, and they were NOT surprised NOR quick to apologize and rectify our experience. The staff merely brushed pass the critically of this incident as if we shouldn't be concerned. Such an incident should never happen. We have patroned the cafe for over 15 years. We've treated the staff like family, sharing cake on birthdays and other family milestones over the years. Based on our history with the restaurant owner and staff, we very discreetly informed Noel of our life threatening discovery. Unfortunately, we were treated as if it was no big deal and the criticality of the object possibly causing a life threatening experience wasn't brought to their attention. Our history in and of itself should have at least been taken into account and the possible harm that could have been done to my husband if the metal was swallowed. During our previous visit celebrating my family they’ve never turned down cake or any delicacy from us. They’ve always with earnestness let their desires known to partake of our abundance. This evening's visit left a lasting negative impression on what could have been not only an enjoyable meal but lasting community relationship. I want the owners to consider the brevity of our experience this evening and accommodate our family for enduring such a horrific event and a written apology.

We got 5 orders, plus 3 appetizers to go tonight. Everything was still hot when we got home, and put together so well! All our dinners were flavored perfectly, and delicious! This was our second time getting a big to go order. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

We had lunch and enough to take home for another meal for just over $20 for 2. The food was very good. The bolognese was very flavorful with herbs and the eggplant parmesan had a wonderful crispy texture despite being covered with sauce. The server was quite attentive despite being the only server. We were told they only use one server and cook for lunch. There was a wait but not an exceptionally long one. A delightful experience all around.

The food here is always good! It’s my favorite place in town! The staff is friendly and the crème brûlée is the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Cafe Amici! The menu also has a lot of variety. I’ll never pass up on an opportunity to eat here. 100% worth it!

Came In for lunch on a Friday and food was pretty good. I commend the 1 server Knoll (sp.?) available as he was handling about 12 tables all on his own without any of them waiting too long before being tended to. My appetizer mozzarella triangles were a little too greasy but chicken Parmesan was spot on! Would come here again.

This place is one of our go-to places to eat but lately you need a reservation to ensure a table. Good food at reasonable prices.

First time here...had 2 waters, fried calamari appetizer, Caesar salad, carbonara and large (2 vs 1 chicken breast)principesa....$60ish dollars. Food was pretty good, a little surprised at the calamari dipping sauce, tasted like pure cocktail sauce and I would expect a fresh made marinara with it but the calamari itself was good, not rubbery and not to much breading, seasoned well. Chicken, shrimp and asparagus in principesa cooked very well... usually I'm hesitant with certain pasta dishes cuz the veggies are usually still really hard or the chicken/shrimp is overcooked but these were perfect. Carbonara was ok, just tasted like pure bacon but no real depth of flavor...wish I wasn't stuffed I would have tried dessert....lol. I would definitely go back!
