Today me and my sister visited the Victory Drive location in Columbus Georgia at about 5:20 pm and ordered a Deluxe Seafood Platter, Kids Meal, and Cheesecake. The cashier’s attitude was so nasty I would hate if it was a blind person as we couldn’t see the menu and each time we asked she continuously said look at the menu until we were finally able to tell it out ourselves. Also when I asked for vinegar I was told to get it out of the dining room. At this point, I asked for a manager. While talking to the manager, the cashier was on drive-thru eating. The manager said she was new and didn’t know that they had condiments behind the counter. Then after, my sister believed she had lost her card but ended up finding it. I asked for a receipt numerous of times and was finally told that the machine had been down for quite some time and could not print receipts. I’m not sure if I was charged the right amount either. The overall experience was horrible being that I am a former employee and know that this type of behavior is not tolerated and should not be displayed to customer as I don’t think I ever want to return to be provoked into behavior that is not my character with such rudeness and disrespect!

A special on the outside sign which they stated they were out. Would it have been so difficult to remove it if they didn't have it?Food was good, but service was horrible. Cashier was not friendly, did not upsell the shrimp.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars! The food & service was a nightmare! Yesterday as I was putting ketchup on my fries I noticed something at the bottom of my fries...I moved a fry or two around to reveal a COCKROACH at the bottom!!!! So immediately jump up to show a coworker to see if she sees it too because in this moment I'm just in disbelief! She notices it and almost throws the box down in terror! I I get nauseous as reality sank in that I've been eating fries that were sitting on top of a COCKROACH....after a trip to the restroom I go to warn the other coworkers who had gotten their food from the same restaurant! Afterwards I called the restaurant & spoke with a lady about the situation! As soon as I mentioned a roach she became combative & talked over me telling me that there is no way that a roach could have been in my food because she packed the box herself & had been there for the last 2 hours. She then proceeded to explain the conversation to someone in the background & they both began laughing at me! I asked the lady I was speaking with what her name was & she told me she doesn't have one & then hung up in my face! I called a 2nd time & spoke with a different lady. I asked her name and she told me it was jasmine & asked if she could help me with something... I told her yes and that I needed a manager... she says she is a manager. I asked if she was the lady I spoke with prior she said no I was speaking with the store manager initially... I asked her the store managers name she avoided the question and says she knows who I am and that there was no way that a roach could have been in my food... she says she told me she doesn't know what I'm trying to do but I could have a nice day or come get a different plate or something... I asked again the store managers name she hung up on me! I called the 3rd time and whoever picked up started saying I was harassing them & if I have a problem I should call corporate... I asked what the corporate number was, she says its online... I asked for the website and was hung up on again.... I got the website off the receipt but when I tried to submit my concern something was wrong with the site.... I googled the customer service number and corporate number which take u to the same automated system which basically kept looping me back through the automated message! So now I'm here feeling cheated out of my money, I'm feeling disgusted for being served deep fried cockroach, & dissapointed as well as disrespected at the lack of professionalism at that location! Please avoid this place at all cost!!!

There was no one there the day I came in. The internet says you have 5 - $4.99 special. The lady said she didn’t know anything about it, I ended up paying $8.99. The french fries were cold/hard. I won’t be eating at your restaurant again!!!!

Take out. The young lady was very good but she needs some backup help. They give you 1 piece of grilled fish, while you get two with the fried fish and it was cheaper than the grilled fish.

I went there tonight to get the lobster rolls and I let them know last time they didn't put a lot of lobster meat on them. This time they put a good amount on there and they are delicious! ?
