I ordered a 4 pc. Country style fish meal w/ green beans and broccoli. What I paid for, I didn't receive as ordered. I'm very disappointed with the service. You can look at the plate and see that the fish sticks are different from the fish crumbs that's not even on the menu. Total buss

We have been eating here for years. I went there tonight after not going for a while because it has disappointed us before and we completely switched to going to the one on Airport thruway instead. The quality just isnβt it. Not fresh sides and fish not fried enough.

I just ordered a fish dinner at the Macon Rd restaurant. I had a coupon. They gave me the regular price for the meal. When I told them I had a coupon they changed the plate. The fish was so small, no meat just breading. I've gotten a fish sandwich there many times and the fish was so big I could have made two sandwiches. This is ridiculous to do customers this way just because they use a coupon that they mail out to get customers to come to their establishment. Do they really think that people will visit their establishment again after this kind of treatment?

Just had an amazing experience at this restaurant. We have had questionable service here before and almost didn't go but we had amazing customer service tonight from an employee Alvin Johnson. He completely changed our outlook on this place. Definitely need more customer service employees like him!
