Just had an amazing experience at this restaurant. We have had questionable service here before and almost didn't go but we had amazing customer service tonight from an employee Alvin Johnson. He completely changed our outlook on this place. Definitely need more customer service employees like him!

Captain D's Should consider shutting the Macon road location down!!! I bought food but when I arrived home I notice what appeared to be blood smeared on the bag. I returned at 8:15 pm to a location that close at 9 pm to discover the doors lock. So to address the bloody bag I had to go to the drive thru window,, BUT whats even more disturbing is the manager offered to only replace the bag stating that the red substance was ink. It could have been blood and she didn't consider that or what type of blood born pathogens she is exposing her customers to. THIS LOCATION IS NOTORIOUSLY BAD AND MY LATEST EXPERIENCE WAS POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS.

I ordered my meal from here through Uber eats. Everything was good for the most part except the chicken strips. They were hard and dry as you can tell they were old. Fish, shrimp, and fries were fresh for the most part.

These workers are some of the most unprofessional clowns I"ve ever seen.Constantly confrontational with one another, they can barely fill an order without arguing and wasting time that they could be using to fill orders. Inefficient. Too much chatter and not enough focus. Terrible service and too impatient. By the time I got my whole order for three people, half of it was coldStay clear of this three ring circus.

When you walk in, you get a huge smell of old wet trash. The place wasn't really clean at all. I don't think we will be visiting this establishment
