Very time I go food is undercooked and greasy only came because my family wanted it. staff is very unprofessional locked the door while it was only 9:47, if you close at 10:00you need to lock your doors at 10:00 pm. Not already have your purse on and store closed at 9:47 smiling at people at the door.

I grew up eating Captain Ds, I moved to the PNW over 20 years ago and haven't had it since. Oh, happy days! The crunchies were exactly like I remembered them. If you rate this for what it is, its excellent. I've been here twice in thr past month and the service was great both times. The inside is a bit dingy, they could benefit from a drive thru to avoid that but a grab and go is quick.

The disrespect shown to senior citizens is unsatisfactory. Profanity & ignorance? God help us if these are the children that are supposed to be our future. Only respectful person I saw was the manager. I still can't believe I saw that girl talk to that man like that then tried to play victim.

I haven't ate at Captain Ds in years until this year. I have only eaten the food twice this year. But it was okay. The customer service was on point.
Parking: The entrance to the restaurant is discombobulated because of the road work going on. Be careful with your cars coming in and out. Hopefully once they finish the road it will be much better. Burger King entrance is the same way
Wheelchair accessibility: No the side walk is too high and thick
