I visited this location on november the first at approximately nine forty five at night.When I got my food, it was hard.And it was disgusting, took it back.And when I arrived, the manager told me they could not refund my money because their system was down yet a car behind me was about to get their food.So i'm confused.I will be bringing this back to the restaurant tomorrow.But they have gone downhill.The food is not good and the service is even worse

Great location. Hot food. Amazing sweet tea. They brought back the fried clams and Oh My God they are delicious. I believe it 12 for $7.99. I but them and drown them in mault vinegar and get some of the roll as a quick lunch. But every thing else is also amazing as always. Love it and will definitely be back. Very friendly staff and clean location.❤️

Every single time I go thru the drive thru I get an attitude from the person on the speaker and I have no idea why. I’m not a rude customer— I’m patient, and on at least 3 separate occasions different ladies at the window have been SO RUDE over the speaker and at the window. I could understand if I was rude but I’m not, so I can’t understand why but the customer service is definitely something that needs to be worked on.

The food was good once the order was correct. We had ordered 2 fish &shrimp w/ fries and a 2 piece fish and fries w/ bread sticks on all 3. One of the fish and shrimp had a crab cake instead of shrimp because the guy that started ringing up our order wasn't paying enough attention to what we were saying, barely recognizing that we were ordering because he was too busy talking to his replacement that had shown up for work. He didn't cash it out before handing the till over to the young lady coming in to replace him and didn't even let the young lady know he hadn't even to take our money. The young lady did finish it out though and was very nice and respectful, as well as making the plate that had been made wrong was fixed correctly. She had a great personality and a beautiful smile! She
