I wish I could give 0 stars. Waited 30 minutes if my lunch break for 3 piece cooked country. I received 3 piece cooked batter and burnt. Was so disgusting. Due to on a tight schedule to get back to work just attempted to eat it. Ended up in trash $10 down the

I get food from the drive-thru here all the time for my disabled veteran father. He always has me give the drive-thru attendant a nice big tip in cash. Today I went through the drive-thru as usual and placed my order of two pieces of fish. They asked if I wanted just the fish, or the meal. I said just the fish, please. Then there was silence. I started saying "hello?" and "hi, are you there?". After what seemed like more than a minute or two someone again asked for my order. So thinking maybe they had not heard me before, I said, "Oh, I already ordered. Did you not hear it?". In a frustrated tone, the girl again repeated, "CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER?" so I repeated my order. They again asked if I wanted just the fish or the meal, and I again said just the fish please. I drove around to the pickup window, and when the girl opened the pickup window I said hi. The girl would not look at me, and just said, "$6.09." As I handed her my card I said "thank you". She ignored me. So I repeated "thank you", to which she muttered a loud "humph". Then turned to look at me and in a high pitched mocking tone said, "I already ordered", parroting back what I had said earlier at the microphone. I said, "what?" with a confused look on my face, and she just shoved my bag of food at me and closed the window. I drove to the front and parked, then walked in and asked for the manager. While waiting for the manager, the drive thru girl, named Serita, started going off to the other employees about me. I told the manager what happened, and all he said was that he would "talk to her". That's it. No apology for being treated that way by one of his employees, nothing. Truly despicable, awful way to treat good customers who are being polite. I will never go here again. Disgusting.
