Jay, Maya, and Ansley, plus their marvelous manager Dana, always provide an OUTSTANDING experience at this store. CAVA, why don't you allow tips?!?! I can get a good quick meal at alot of places, but i come back to this specific store about 2-3x a week and I tell everyone I know about it mainly because of the stellar service. Jay is quick, and he has a chill demeanor. Maya went the extra mile to ensure i wasn't shorted on toppings. Ansley is the perfect greeter, and she got me hooked on the braised lamb. ? They work extremely well together, which is a reflection on Dana's leadership and the positive culture she's created at this store. Absolute rockstar team!

Service is the main issue. I usually order through the app for pick up ahead of time. Sometimes it’s ready, sometimes I wait. Whomever take the online orders need to pay attention to the order. I’ve received bowls without ingredients that I’ve asked for. I always specify chicken for my bowls, and there’s a 50/50 chance it’s right or wrong. Just ridiculous

I went into Cava today in Columbus Ga, everything was going smooth until I got to the chicken. On the line the Harissa chicken was out, the young lady hollered to the back is there any Harissa up. A guy out of sight says no in about 16 minutes, I reluctantly and with an angry look said well give me the regular chicken. Ansley was watching me, she could tell I was upset so she said wait let me go check and what do you know. She came back with Harissa chicken ??♂️. I am writing this to give Ansley Kudos for caring about the customer, because the guy in the back obviously lied. Ansley deserves whatever incentive you all have at Cava, time off, employee of the month etc.

Had a to go order placed and it wasn’t ready by time mentioned on site, but staff made sure I was aware of what was the delay and offered me a cup to get a drink while I waited. This woman employee was Very friendly and courteous. My order was placed 8/30 for 12:00 pick up. Thank you Ma’am for the warm acknowledgment.
