I placed a big order today, wasn't aware that they were closed for renovations. Instead of turning off their online order, it's still allowing us to place the order, went to pick up my order, lights off, but their systems are still going. No place to reach out for a refund, so having to go thru my bank for it. Tried calling every number to get a resolution, none was found.

Had food door dashed for two disabled elderly people. Ordered 2 sandwichs and a loaded fry. Only received one sandwich. Very disappointed since they cant just correct someone elses mistake so easily. First and last order from this location.

Service super slow, the cook needs better hygiene practices, take off the gloves wash hands after playing with your nose and cellphone, just left my order didn't want it

I ordered a fairly large order for my mom to be delivered… The door dasher didn’t even check the receipt… it was not my order at all. I called him and he made excuses. I then called the store 7 times and they never picked up the phone. Very unprofessional and disgusting.

I got the new boneless lemon pepper rub wings. They were fried to a crisp and the fries weren’t fully cooked. Everything was swimming in grease. The strawberry lemonade was good but I won’t be back.

Fries and Chicken wings are under cooked. Took the fries back, and toss the under cooked chicken wings. Request staff be trained on cooking food until properly done. Male staff member disputed after showing the under cooked wing.

Ordered a kids meal for my daughter and the chicken bites were raw on the inside! Also they dump the fries on top of your Sandwich so you have to pick them all off to get to it, or eat the fries first. They did fix the nuggets and added extra but if I had not tried pulling them apart to make smaller pieces for my toddler she would’ve ended up eating raw chicken. Aside from the chicken being raw the rest tasted okay, it’s a small serving for the price I probably won’t be returning.

Occasionally has decent food for price but very long wait times but the staff was nice enough. I waited 35 minutes for food and they gave me the wrong thing. I went back and received a hastily made version of what I wanted. Not awful but not great overall.

Ordered a Chicken Philly. Received a thrown together Steak Philly. Do not recommend .

Always been good in the past this last time they completely butchered my order and it just wasn’t good. I tried to call the phone number to complain and it was disconnected.

I don’t know what it was ! Unclean grill or spoiled foods . Whatever it was my stomach was totally upset . I wasn’t able to leave the mall due to upset stomach. Do something! Date July 29 time 11ish am ?
