Ordered a Chicken Philly. Received a thrown together Steak Philly. Do not recommend .

Always been good in the past this last time they completely butchered my order and it just wasn’t good. I tried to call the phone number to complain and it was disconnected.

I don’t know what it was ! Unclean grill or spoiled foods . Whatever it was my stomach was totally upset . I wasn’t able to leave the mall due to upset stomach. Do something! Date July 29 time 11ish am ?

Ordered an ultimate fry waited almost 20 minutes until I spoke up. The guy sending out orders. Maybe the manager was very sarcastic when I asked for my food after waiting. Small portion and he threw it together. Then question after I asked for ketchup. Really!!!

I asked for no tomatoes due to an allergy and they were on there so the food was ruined for my husband. I tried to eat it but there was no taste to the meat and it was way under portioned and didn't taste at all good. I dont know about the new management. The meat on one was burnt and just not what Im used to getting here.

Door dash order for 90$. Was missing order of fries and drinks and tasted like the entire ocean of salt was poured on the sandwich. Will not ever eat this place again. Literally got in the car and went and picked up firehouse subs. Highly advise eating something/anything else.

Food was great, service was amazing 10/10, everyone was so polite even with me being difficult, definitely going back.

My order was not fully made I asked for ultimate fries and I just got fries with nothing on them. I also didn't ask for ranch but they gave me ranch. They also didn't refund me or make me a new one.

I work in the peachtree mall. I used to eat here 3-4 days a week, but after today I will never eat here again. Some of the cashiers are just so rude every time I come, it has turned me off of going here. It’s supposed to be free refills if you buy the drink that day, but every time I come back for a refill after ordering food they ask me if I bought it today and give me the third degree about getting me a refill. Other mall workers have expressed the same issue. They always make it seem like we are trying to get over on them by asking for a refill for a drink we PURCHASED. I can’t help that we work here and are going to be in the mall for 5-8 hours. Asking for two or three refills all day these people act like we are robbing them. A coworker and I both ordered Charleys and I went to get a refill so I grabbed her cup to get her a refill since I was walking over there and they said she had to walk over there herself to get her refill and I couldn’t get it for her. They act like you are robbing them if you ask for a refill and they always have an attitude. Clearly the soda comes out of the cashier’s paycheck. You’d think they would treat regular customers with respect but honestly they don’t like repeat customers so I will no longer be eating here.

I had awesome experience at Charley’s. Definitely recommend. The service was excellent thanks to Fernando and Tanya. They made my order even with my crazy with a smile and no complaints. Good job!!!

I'm so disappointed, eaten here several times in the past, what changed?! the food was bland, cold, and disgusting.

I tried my first philly cheesesteak about a month ago from here and it was AMAZING. i now come at least once a week. The cook has been so amazing, talks to us while he cooks and we wait and today i finally asked his name, fernando. a big thank you to fernando for making my wait time enjoyable and my philly cheesesteak so yummmmmmy!!! 10/10
