Ordered an ultimate fry waited almost 20 minutes until I spoke up. The guy sending out orders. Maybe the manager was very sarcastic when I asked for my food after waiting. Small portion and he threw it together. Then question after I asked for ketchup. Really!!!

I asked for no tomatoes due to an allergy and they were on there so the food was ruined for my husband. I tried to eat it but there was no taste to the meat and it was way under portioned and didn't taste at all good. I dont know about the new management. The meat on one was burnt and just not what Im used to getting here.

Door dash order for 90$. Was missing order of fries and drinks and tasted like the entire ocean of salt was poured on the sandwich. Will not ever eat this place again. Literally got in the car and went and picked up firehouse subs. Highly advise eating something/anything else.

Used to eat here every day until they switched managers and the manager started making up his own rules like charging mall employees a dollar for refills. The company is a corporate company and it's free refills btw... kinda sus, I think he was pocketing the money. So a bunch of mall workers including myself started eating somewhere else. They got a new manager so I figured I'd try again. They gave me a half a slice of tomato, one pickle slice, and literally a PINCH of lettuce on my whole sandwich. I asked for extra lettuce, tomato, and pickles, which is free btw they only charge for extra mushrooms onions or green peppers as far as condiments go... and they refused. Literally said no. You have to have just ordered the sandwich to get extra condiments... I had literally ordered it no more than 30 minutes ago, and had clocked out for break and sat down to eat it when I noticed there was no condiments on it. I work in the mall so it's not like I had the time to eat it the second I ordered. Who cares if I came back 30 mins later, I still deserve to have condiments on my 12$ sandwich. Here's a pic. They told me I could either pay for extra condiments or return the sandwich and were extremely rude about it.

I work in the peachtree mall. I used to eat here 3-4 days a week, but after today I will never eat here again. Some of the cashiers are just so rude every time I come, it has turned me off of going here. It’s supposed to be free refills if you buy the drink that day, but every time I come back for a refill after ordering food they ask me if I bought it today and give me the third degree about getting me a refill. Other mall workers have expressed the same issue. They always make it seem like we are trying to get over on them by asking for a refill for a drink we PURCHASED. I can’t help that we work here and are going to be in the mall for 5-8 hours. Asking for two or three refills all day these people act like we are robbing them. A coworker and I both ordered Charleys and I went to get a refill so I grabbed her cup to get her a refill since I was walking over there and they said she had to walk over there herself to get her refill and I couldn’t get it for her. They act like you are robbing them if you ask for a refill and they always have an attitude. Clearly the soda comes out of the cashier’s paycheck. You’d think they would treat regular customers with respect but honestly they don’t like repeat customers so I will no longer be eating here.

I had awesome experience at Charley’s. Definitely recommend. The service was excellent thanks to Fernando and Tanya. They made my order even with my crazy with a smile and no complaints. Good job!!!

I tried my first philly cheesesteak about a month ago from here and it was AMAZING. i now come at least once a week. The cook has been so amazing, talks to us while he cooks and we wait and today i finally asked his name, fernando. a big thank you to fernando for making my wait time enjoyable and my philly cheesesteak so yummmmmmy!!! 10/10

Ordered a club and it had no cheese or mayo on it. Ordered the old school and they said they didn't have it anymore and they gave me a philly cheese steak. It had no cheese on it and since when does a philly anything comes with lettuce tomato and pickle? Ordered the bacon 3 cheese steak and ordered it had NO BACON on. Asked to substitute the cheddar with cheese whiz was charged extra for the cheese whiz then didn't get any. what it did have on it was green pepper, onions and mushrooms. It said it comes with tomato lettuce and pickle.If you are going to open a cheese steak establishment, stay true to the product your selling! The sandwiches were wrong, no cheese and very dry. Very sad to see a place that advertises cheese steaks and has a few other sandwiches on the menu and they can't even get them correct. I've been in the restaurant business for 25 years and I'm just shocked how bad these were. Ok, you may have a new person working. Shouldn't that person be with another person training so orders don't get made wrong? When selling a classic sandwich such as a cheesesteak shouldnt you make it as such? L,T,P is not on a cheese steak. When I travel I always order a cheesesteak. Had some great and some not so great, but this by far is the farthest one I ever ate that was not close to a cheesesteak. Own what you sell and make it the best in the area. Just don't sell something and call it something it's not.
