Friendly and attentive staff, tasty brews and a good vibe. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area! Veteran owned and dog friendly are both a big plus.

Best craft beer in Columbus and a wonderful community. An outstanding brewery experience.

Heading home from one of our trips to visit county seats in Georgia (we're up to 119 of the 159 Georgia counties) we finally got to Columbus on a day and time when this brewery was open. Been on the list for a long time to visit but we've just never been in the area before. We were there right when they opened on at 2PM on a Friday afternoon so we were the only people in the place. A lot of times that means that whoever is working is really more focused on prepping for the busy time, cleaning up, stocking, etc., but the beer tender, Nicky, greeted us right when we stepped across the threshold, answered questions informatively, and never made us feel like we were being bothersome. Trust me, as "boomers" we've seen some fairly dismissive attitudes at some places so it means something when you get not just prompt, but cheerful and helpful service. Per usual, we did two flights which pretty much got us through all the non-seltzers on their tap list. While others have noted they're not an IPA centric brewery (God knows there are a LOT of those) we did think their IPA, the Hazy AnticIPAtion , was their best beer. One of the dangers of doing flights is that without something to really clear the palate, the taste of one beer affects the impression of those following. We always try to work our way from lighter to stronger/darker but it doesn't always work out that way. For whatever reason, I didn't care for the Stout as much the general consensus on Untappd, but we really liked their River Dragon Dark ale (which my wife life a LOT, which surprised me), the blonde ale, Audacious 'B', and thought the Brewchee Lite Lime (an American light lager clocking in at 5.1% ABV) was an excellent example of its style and didn't come across as "limey" to me at all. The place is veteran owned and full of military memorabilia, including Army Air Force. This was a great way to top off our trip.

An absolute gem of a “local” here in Columbus; great beer, great atmosphere, and of course, “the Chad!” Not your typical Brewhouse & always love supporting veteran-owned businesses!

I tried the Grod Smash, it's a toast to smoke and wheat. Ah, Grodziskie! This Polish wheat beer is a unique gem in the craft beer world. Forget your typical beer expectations. Grod Smash is not your piney IPA, your malty porter, or your fruity sour. It's a breath of fresh air, a delightful surprise that challenges your preconceptions and rewards you with a unique taste of history and tradition. The oak-smoked wheat malt is the star of the show. Don't be scared by the "smoke" descriptor, though. It's not a campfire in your mouth, but rather a delicate whisper of embers, a gentle caress of a wood-fired oven. Subtle, elegant, and utterly captivating. The wheat base provides a perfect canvas for the smoke to play on. Imagine the airy softness of freshly baked bread mingling with the smoky kiss, all in a glass of liquid sunshine. Grod Smash packs a subtle, hop bite.Think of it as a playful wink from a mischievous sprite hiding in the beer. Definitely a conversation starter. This beer is guaranteed to spark conversation. It's a beer to share, to discuss, to savor together.

Great service, fun atmosphere, delicious food trucks, and team trivia on Thursdays. What more could you ask for. Support small local businesses!

This brewery is so fun! They have both indoor and outdoor space and when I went it was very relaxed and quiet. The service was great and they had great beer options. They play on the name is also so cute being it's near the Chattahoochee river.

Great space, great beer, friendly bartender, and locals. The food "crate" was super busy, so we didn't have time to try it, but it smelled great also.

When I ask for water and she didn’t give me a glass of water and others had beer I was pointed to a water jug with a Dixie cup I will never again bring people here ever! Horrible service

I have been here numerous times and absolutely love their beer. The Heff is a game winner for sure and the service is always incredible. If I do happen to need some rehydration, the water station is always cold and if I have a hankering for tea….we’ll I can get some warm water from the state of the art filtered water station.Would recommend this place 1000%
