Older white woman working drive thru was VERY rude, customer service is VERY poor, she desperatley needs training on how to deal with customers, communication skills are VERY poor, the way we were talked to was unacceptable, calling customer out of their name because her drive thru time is high...you do not treat paying customer with such disrespect

I don’t know what it is about this checkers but they need to either close this place down or get a new crew I used to like this place but now I hate it everytime I’ve ordered from this location my order is always wrong or nasty. Ordered from this location last year got food poisoning, decided to give them another chance and nothing has changed first my burger looks unappetizing meat looks old they gave me those nasty fat ends of bacon just looks unedible second I didn’t get my other sandwich and third it looks my like bag was open.
I understand what it like to be open late on holidays but cmon this is ridiculous it’s like yall threw my food together and called it a day. I hope this place goes out of business I will never order from this location ever again

Got there 30 minutes before closing and just wanted 1 burger and loaded fries and they told us they don't have anything and that they're not getting out burgers or cheese and the lady had a serious attitude. I work in the restaurant industry myself ik how it is, but closing the restaurant before it's time is unprofessional and lazy. Said they had nothing but chicken products lol then asked for a #8 (chicken sandwich with crispy onions) then said they didn't have it
