Do yall see my fries... for it to be a large this was just thrown together not even fulfilling to say the least... with the spicy chicken sandwiches ii could've sworn they came with pickles. I could be wrong but sheeesssshhh....I know I ordered late but you didn't have to make me food looking like it was rushed smh...I love checkers but ii guess I'll Def have to try a new location ??

I went to checkers on wynnton Rd tonight and I ordered 2 double checker burger and a large fries and they gave us 2 single burgers. I had to go back on that side of town to get my money back and they want to give us apology I'm not going back there anymore. The burgers was cold and dry so when y'all go there check your food.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had was at this checkers. The employee was completely rude because I had QUESTIONS and the stupid computer doing the order didn't understand. The employee started yelling and cussing.

Order food online got there was told they don't have 2 of my items told her to just change it to a different item was told I can not I have to do it on the app but you can not cancel and change on the app so guess they just stole that money from me. End up paying extra to replace the food that was missing and lost out on the app. ON TOP OF VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES AND DIDNT SEEM TO WANT TO HELP OR EVEN TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. Just going to have to stop coming here. Just not like it was back in the day.

Food was good actually, customer service was non existent. The woman at the speaker was rude & short. The prep was heard getting an attitude because I asked for the meals in separate bags then the lady rudely asked me to check my bag out of the line ... Wasn't nobody else in the line.

I really have nothing much to say about this place they accept it's fast food, greasy, fast food, but fast food.
Waited in line for about 20 mins when I did receive my food my fries was warm (not hot). My burger was cold the cheese wasn't even melted. That's a wrap for me!!

The checkers franchise need to go back to letting people take the orders.then they need to train their staff on good quality customer service... ibam a disabled person and I was treated very badly , on top off that I had to get out my car with my oxygen tank and place an order because the cashier was about to lose her cool when dealing with me and my orders. Very rude and nasty...I won't be returning to that checkers again.
