EVERY TIME I visit this location on victory Drive in Columbus GA, their “Shake Machine is Broken”. Why?
I have contacted the District Manager on several occasions going back to 2022. Back then, she said yes, it is broken and was awaiting parts.
I went there last week and your automated machine told me that your milkshake machine was broken. So I contacted the district manager. She informed me that it is not broken.
I posted a review at that time, and somehow it was deleted.

Food was not good. Service SUCKED! No hello, thank you, nothing. If you do t like your job get another one. The service just was aweful. The automated order taker was nicer than the actual employee. Wont eat there again.

So me and my husband went to checker in Columbus GA on Victory Drive let me just this we were very disappointed 😞. The robot kept rushing us in the drive thru. On top of that our food was disgusting do you hear me. My burgers were dry and bread was hard. The fries were hot and fresh which was the only that was good. The sweet was spoiled tried to tell the young lady in drive thru window but she claim they had just mad that tea she didn't bother asking to remake or offer me anything else. On top of that she rude when my husband ask for a receipt. Also yall need to put the yall inspection letter somewhere people can see if I had known you guys scored an 82 I wouldn't have order anything. This will be my last time eating at Checker

Loved the $5 meal, but the next week they removed apple roll, changed sandwich from regular to only BBQ, but was nice
The wait was heck long for it to be after midnight. That computerized order system SUCKS!

Went to the checkers on victory drive on 6/25/24 around 8pm. Ordered our food through the automated speaker which is absolutely horrible to even hear. Pulled up to the window and after paying was asked to back up / reverse about 6 feet to a red pole until they told us to pull forward again. This took about 15 minutes before we were allowed to pull forward to the window to get our food. That in itself is absolutely strange to ask customers to do, no where else have I ever been asked to back up away from the window and wait to be told to pull forward to the window again. Food ended up being disgusting, fish sandwich was soggy and tasted burnt, hot dog was rubbery, milkshake was bland with very little flavor. Terrible place, wouldn’t recommend.

I had a craving for Checkers so I placed my order online just to get there and they said they didn't have it then once my order came thru my chicken patty was not fully cooked and im 8 months pregnant I was on lunch break and tried calling the establsihment multiple times no answer this is highliy UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I do not reccoment this location at all had to throw my whole lunch in the trash can
