They normally don't have many issues but last night my family went there we didn't get a waiter to come get our order for 30 mins got the drinks and food order we sat an hour den they came back to say the bar is close and den only the kids food came I never received my meal at we ask the server about my drinks he said it's over with for that I think they all was overwhelmed because they system was down but you still have to be professional because people have to still pay for the food but me and my family won't be back we sat for 2 hours before any food for the kids came out

I love Cheddars! I have never ordered anything that I didn't enjoy eating. Seems to always be cooked to perfection and delivered to the table in a timely manner. Hot, fresh, and delicious. The wait staff we have had has always been on top of things. And they allowed us to sit and visit with friends even after our meal was finished. Again, I love Cheddars. They have several choices to please different people's taste. The prices are right for the serving amounts. I recommend Cheddars!

Fish and shrimp had a bad smell

We walked in at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. I get that it's a Saturday night,but we walked in and told the Hostess that we had a party of 7. She was very rude and said it's going to be 1-2 hours wait. There were SEVERAL empty tables. Crappy hostess and we won't be back.

Our server was Jacie. She was very humble and on top of the service for us..should we go back (I'm visiting from out of state) I would be very happy for her to serve us again. Great job.

Don’t eat here, manager really rude. So was the wait staff, we normally eat here a couple times a week. Not anymore. The waitress took I’m waiting on my wife before we order and apparently turned it into don’t talk to me. Needless to say the food was trash and we didn’t even get all of it.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! My family and I have came here for years and it has slowly getting worse with every visit but tonight's dinner was an absolute nightmare.

First, when we were finally seated, we were told that our waitress was the bartender and she was more concerned with conversing with friends at the bar than serving us. The service was horrendous but I can't put everything on her. The kitchen staff was just as bad.

I ordered a steak medium rare, my grandfather ordered a plate of cheese bites, my grandmother a bowl of soup and my partner a chicken pot pie. My steak was burned and about inedible and cold, everyone else's food was cold and for a chicken pot pie to be cold you know it's been sitting in a window for a long time.

I rarely ever write reviews but I have never experienced horrible service like tonight's was and I doubt we will be back here unless things are changed. The management decision to have the bartender also handle tables is an awful decision and we had to suffer and the people at the other tables didn't seem very content either. I hope some changes are made!
