The worse experience, I gave them a second chance from my 1st experience from waiting 45 minutes just to get water(walked out). 2nd time confusing on seating and waitress came off as if she didn't want to take the order or be at work (rude). Too lazy to open up the large table. Never again

I know this isnt a everytime incident cause there has been time where the visit was excellent, but this time was horrible. The server was over booked wit tables the drinks had to be remade because it was sitting on the counter melting waiting for the server to pick them up. And my steak was overcooked (asked for medium-well) and it was killed and cooked until dry and had to be re done. Cheddars is an overall a great restaurant, but i guess today wasnt one of those days for me. I will be returning tho whenever I fly in from Vegas. And i do recommend eating here.

My last visit will Truly be my LAST! Encountered a Rude, and Nasty Hostess who FLAT OUT REFUSED to seat us in a booth that was not ripped up with styro foam and cotton hanging out. Sorry, NOT Sorry I would not have been able to sit there, let alone eat my food. We asked nicely for another table and after several questions as to why we didn't want it, she took us to yet another booth with the same exact issue. There were plenty of booths that were just fine, but she chose to take us to one just like it. When we asked for a different one, that I showed her her had no issues she said "No!" with a spiteful grin on her face. I said "Thank you" and Left. Went to a different restaurant and got seated in less than 10 mins. Had a wonderful dinner where staff know how to treat customers with respect.

Not a fan of this place, most people seem to really like it. The food is ok, service was very slow and not very friendly and my dad ended up with incredibly bad food poisoning! They did reimbursehim for his meal and did say they would take care of his hospital bill but that doesn't change the fact that he got extremely sick for 3 days!Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

First time having Cheddar's. It was excellent and affordable and we will be purchasing again.
Robin the manger was so amazing!!! Everytime I come to cheddars she’s always so professional and personable. She always make sure we are taken care of and speak. Gabby the host is always amazing so bubbly and welcoming. And we had Deja as our waitress, she was so polite and so great. We had the baby and she just made sure we were taken care of.
3/16/2024. Around 3/4 p.m. Horrible. Joined the wait list. I was told 10 to 12 minutes ...47 minutes later, we walked into a half empty restaurant. Floors covered in debris greasy stink dishes hidden by a flower pot. The food was prepared wrong, so we sent it back but they never fixed it on the ticket. We requested a manager from 3 different employees. One never came. The only reason we paid the 90 dollar bill was cause if we left without paying, it would have been a different outcome. We couldn't even get a receipt. Again, the restaurant had empty tables everywhere. Drove 45 minutes to be highly disappointed. Party of 4 not that it will hurt sales but we won't return. Corporate, I want a full refund.

When we were seated, we got our order taken fairly quickly, and our food came out fairly quickly...but that was it for speed. It took nearly 10 minutes after we'd asked for refills on the tea we were drinking to get any refills along with the napkins we'd asked for. We never even got any of the croissants they usually give at the start, and yet we saw other tables beside ours whose guests got croissants at the start.A burger I had ordered was supposed to be well done, but there was still some pink in the meat - even AFTER it had been sent back to be "warmed up."Cheddar's used to be a nice place to dine in. Unfortunately, it may be a while before we come back; even longer before I order another burger from them.
