I get Ice Cups every single day (except Sunday, of course) because I have a medical condition called Pagophagia where I have to eat ice and I prefer Chick-fil-A ice because of the soft texture. I have been coming here for years getting ice daily and now all of sudden it’s a problem. I get cups instead of bags because once you freeze the ice, it loses its soft texture. I will NEVER go back to this location!!! I went through the Drive Thru Thursday morning around 645ish. The restaurant was not busy at all. Just a few cars in the drive thru. I ordered $14 worth of items to include a coffee which I requested cream and sugar. The order taker also put it on the order (indicated on the receipt). Well I didn’t get sugar in my bed.
