I'm going to start off by saying I love Chick-fil-A. Will not be going back to this location though. Every time I go, it is always something wrong. I ordered a shake, and they must have already started to shut the machine down. It tastes like warm milk. The bad thing about it is I ordered three of them. There was nothing cold about it and very watery. Both nuggets I ordered looked and tasted old. My son didn't even eat his. I had three spoon full of macaroni in both containers. I was missing a fry, and the other fry was half full. If they were set to close, they should have done just that. I work too hard for my money to be given scraps. That is not what I paid for. Chick-fil-A is usually always a pleasant experience. This location has always been an issue

I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and other items. Got to my destination and only had 2 sandwiches. Called lady took my name and explained Chic would make it right. Got to Chic only to be told so sad so bad. I will never go to this establishment again. You have lost a customer for life

Placed mobile order, waited in the lobby 10 minutes from said pickup time.
I usually don't have bad encounters here but I am extremely bothered by this place for their service today & honestly would commute a longer distance to a different location. I had ordered a VERY simple order. A salad, tea & a frosted coffee. I'm currently at work, have my husband pick up the order to bring it while he's on his way to work. Mind you it takes us 20 minutes to get to this location. He goes through the drive through with my order number, specifically asked them "is this everything?" & they said yes. He drops off my food & I asked where the coffee was which he stated they never gave it to him. I contacted the manager Justin, he was very helpful & said to come back. I drove 20 minutes back, went to the drive through & I told the orderer that I am there to pick up a missing item. He asked what my name was, I told him "Mariah" he said "Ryan is here-" I corrected him again "It's Ma-Riah-" he says "Ryan is here-" & I told him AGAIN that he's not pronouncing my name correctly. Im finally able to go through, & the lady couldn't find my order because he stated my name was "Ryan". when I told her I'm there to pick up a missing item she looks at her colleague & says "Didn't she already pick up the frosted coffee?".
My god, this interaction with every single staff member was absolutely aggravating. I had to drive an hour total just for a coffee. To be address incorrectly, accused of already receiving the item. If the staff is that incompetent they need to be better trained. There's also cameras if they're worried about stealing, they can freely take look at my receipt, time stamp, then they would see that I infact never received part of my order that I paid for.

Vegetarian options: They have Salads that you can eat without meat, I've done it a few times.
I go to this Chick-fil-A often, probably have been more than 50 times. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in about 48 of those times. Well run establishment
