I love that this location is open until 10 pm. It makes feeding the boys after baseball easy. My guys will always eat Chick-fil-A. Staff is amazing. Order in the drive thru is always correct.

I have high blood pressure and always get my fries with no salt. This particular location said the owner said we can't do no salt fries because it takes up more fries. I'm sure of you're really think that's a easy fix. But not serving no salt fries to a paying customer is a disgrace. Totally disappointed.

Ordered two vanilla iced coffees and both didn’t have the vanilla syrup in them. Ordered two hashbrowns and both were cold when we got to eat them 5 minutes later. I try to avoid going to this CFA at all cost because the parking lot is a nightmare. Almost every time I enter from Armour Rd I have someone ride my tail trying to avoid the light on Armour and Manchester. The drive thru is terrible too. It’s not very well defined like at other locations and you have to deal with those orange cones. It’s also unclear when to merge the line together here.The car in front of me at the window was waiting on food I already had mine and was afraid to pull off to the side because I couldn’t see if there were cones in my way. Wish they had told the car to pull forward. All in all I avoid this location at all cost. Only reasons I went there this morning is because we are staying at a nearby hotel while our home is having work done and it’s closest to us. I’ll just go out of my way to Whittlesey Blvd next time.
