Love the clean tables and playground. Always fun to bring my grandchild. Enjoyed the quickness of ordering on the app then scanning the code on the table for quick service. They did not bring my diet peach lemonade over right away with the food. 😞 Then forgot the milk and I had to go to the counter to ask for it. Not super busy so someone should recheck orders before they bring them to the table. We enjoyed it once we received it all. As usual always amazing taste.
The fries were severely aren’t and the chicken on my chicken sandwich was overcooked and only had one little pickle on it

Every time I come to this CFA, they mess up my order. Whether it is the sauces, what drinks I ordered, or like today they forgot a straw for the ONE drink I ordered, and they also forgot a chicken biscuit that I paid for. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after numerous times of messing it up I just can’t let it slide. I never write reviews and I really am trying not to be that person but how do you forget a whole meal this time. There should be no reason that I should check my order before I leave every single time.

Could they wait until we get to the menu board to take our order. I may want something different sometimes. Or place an additional menu board somewhere prior to where they walk half way around the building to take my order.
