We stop here when traveling to LaGrange, quite frequently, the last few times the biscuits have not been Chick Fil A biscuits. They were hard and crispy and not the flavor or texture that are normal for Chick Fil A biscuits. So disappointed.

I love the Mac and cheese but July 5th 2025 I received a large order of dried Mac and cheese , Michael the MANAGER claimed that's all they had and brought me another of the bottom of the pan burned cheese dried out Mac and cheese. I told him I order Mac and cheese all the time it's always creamy hot and delicious, not this dried out mess. I took it and snapped pictures to post and I told Michael I was going to do so, he claimed that was all they had. I didn't eat but I will be taking it back Monday to show another manager the crap I received.
Ok I’m feed up with this location. This location has repeatedly gotten my order wrong. It’s not just here and there it’s EVERY…TIME… I… GO! Today was the final straw! When I ask for Egg and Cheese on my biscuit, IT DOESN’T MEAN TAKE OFF THE CHICKEN! What’s the point of getting anything from CHICK-fil-A if it doesn’t have chicken with the MAIN course? I’ve called each time to try and have them refund me or GIVE ME BACK MY REWARD POINTS! I’ve spoken to the manager several times! Each time it’s the same lines. “We will take care of this, I will talk to my staff, This won’t happen again, I am so sorry this happened this is not the standard.” Yeah you’re right sir it’s not the standard. The distrust I have with this location now goes beyond holding up the line to check the bag. I guess I have unwrap everything in my bag to ensure it’s correct.
