We arrived today at 10:35 and I asked the guy at the counter if they had any breakfast food left and in a rude voice he replied curtly “NO!” He could have replied in a much more courteous manner. Then I purchased a drink because I usually like Chic Fil A ice, and even the ice was not good crushed ice like every other Chic Fil A I’ve been to has. There were huge chunks of round cylindrical ice! Very disappointing!
Staff were all super friendly and eager to make sure we had what we needed.

First time, ever, I didn't get good service at a Chick-fil-A! ? the teenagers were more busy talking to each other than giving me everything I ordered. When I got home I was missing the chocolate milk for my son's meal and the salad dressings for our two salads ?

See three photos. This was a carry out order on June 21, 2024 between 3PM and 4PM. I was the ONLY customer in line at the time of my order. I asked for a NO PICKLE Spicy chicken combo. Justine took the order. To my dismay, after leaving the restaurant I discovered Justine didn't take the order down properly and there were pickles on my sandwich. I am allergic to pickles. I broke out in hives. I contacted corporate. No response via email nor phone by the local franchise submitted on the report. It is the apathy and lack of attention to detail for me. Justine I was wearing a pink t-shirt not a gray shirt. Sigh!
It's a sad state of affairs when Chick-fil-A starts becoming worse and worse about taking your money and thinking that it's ok. I went just to get a peach milkshake. They only serve their milkshakes in a child size cup, and they charge over $4. The young lady taking my order said they've been doing this for a while, but I would assume her time frame is different from mine. I have gotten milkshakes from here that were not in child size cups, but at least a medium-sized since March and April 2024.

Phone number on receipt is non operational. Needed to inform staff of flies in food served from drive thru . Drove back to location . Manager replaced order but still did not feel comfortable eating from this location.
