I had a really low blood sugar. It was 49 and I felt like I was going to pass out. Trying to act quickly I placed a very out order for a sprite. I felt awful. When I got there I didn’t see it and wondered if I had placed it for the wrong place. The staff, Josh who I believe was a manager, quickly responded. He too is a type 1 juvenile diabetic and understood my urgency. He quickly got me what I needed. Alllowed me to sit down and recover and even checked on me bringing me a cookie. He treated me with so much kindness and compassion and I wasn’t the most pleasant customer because I felt so bad. His professionalism and willingness to help me meant so much. I commend his ability to recognize my distress, remain calm and help me without any delay.

Will not return. Everytime I am here I stare at my order sitting on the counter with no one handing it to me. Easily the worst Chick-fil-A in Columbus.

Update: they have added a way to get out of the drive thru when you get your food now, they renovated the drive thru.
Fast service as usual. My only complaint is I wish when they built it they made another way to get out, because alot of times they will bring your food out to you while your still in the drive thru, but the cars in front of you are still waiting to get they're food, so you can't get out of the drive thru. So your stuck waiting in line even though you have your food.
