Chik’n Minis could bring us world peace. Elissa was an extremely kind, personable, and capable worker this morning. She deserves all the good things the chicken industry (and the world as a whole) has to offer. I’ll complain about the prices because it stinks just how dang expensive everything is vs stagnated wages, but that’s not just a CFA thing. Keep up the good work 🥳

This Chick-fil-A is a very different style, it is setup like a sit down restaurant. This location has a playground, but it is sound proof. Never heard the kids while they played. As for the restaurant it's Chick-fil-A, staff are always polite and friendly and the eating area is very clean.

The second my sister and I walked in, the atmosphere felt OFF! We weren’t greeted by anyone and on top of that we had Debrianna as our cashier. She needs to be replaced and put in the back, not handling one on one customers. We had to ask if she was ready to take our order because she was just standing there looking at us. Very negative attitude, non verbal just used her “Mmhhh” after us Thanking her for taking our order, no “you’re welcome.” Just silence and hair playing with her hair, I will NEVER be coming back to this location, first and last.

The anticipation for Chick-fil-A at Bradley Park Dr. was met with a rather lengthy wait, which, unfortunately, only highlighted the disappointment that followed. After a significant delay, I was really hoping for that signature Chick-fil-A quality, but the food itself was surprisingly subpar. The items I ordered felt like they had been sitting for a while, lacking the freshness and crispness I've come to expect. It's a shame when the wait time builds up your hopes, only for the meal to fall short. Definitely not the usual experience one anticipates from this chain.

The managers were horrible to the employees under them. Providing rude feedback to their staff and forcing them to roast under the sun for hours rather than rotating to keep their employees healthy and at least somewhat comfortable. I was shocked and disappointed when I saw this treatment when I thought Chick-Fil-A was a happy environment but instead it seems that's it's harsh and unfriendly when managers decide to be rude to their staff.
