This is the first time I have ever had food poisoning from chik fil A. Obviously cleanliness is not a thing here. I will never go back to this location.

Relaxing and clean. Play area is above average and way cleaner than BK or McDonald's.

It was easy to make a reservation.

The anticipation for Chick-fil-A at Bradley Park Dr. was met with a rather lengthy wait, which, unfortunately, only highlighted the disappointment that followed. After a significant delay, I was really hoping for that signature Chick-fil-A quality, but the food itself was surprisingly subpar. The items I ordered felt like they had been sitting for a while, lacking the freshness and crispness I've come to expect. It's a shame when the wait time builds up your hopes, only for the meal to fall short. Definitely not the usual experience one anticipates from this chain.

The managers were horrible to the employees under them. Providing rude feedback to their staff and forcing them to roast under the sun for hours rather than rotating to keep their employees healthy and at least somewhat comfortable. I was shocked and disappointed when I saw this treatment when I thought Chick-Fil-A was a happy environment but instead it seems that's it's harsh and unfriendly when managers decide to be rude to their staff.

DIRTY. Basically all tables and booths had crumbs, fingerprints, and leftover sauces/napkins to the point where we just had to pick one and wipe off the seats and table ourselves. Front doors covered in fingerprints and hand prints. Lots of accumulated paper product scraps and crumbs on the floor. No paper towels in the women’s restroom. Food was pretty good but the chicken patty on my sandwich was tiny. The girl at the register was nice but handed me my drink with soda allllllll over the side. Probably won’t be coming back here and wouldn’t really recommend to anyone else

We used to come religiously to this location… until today. They let some guy in a white charger cut everyone. To top it off, he almost hit our car cutting the line and no one else said anything but us. People really have no sense of community and the girl taking the order clearly doesn’t have what it takes to speak up on what was clearly wrong. In N Out would made him go back in line, like any other “high profile” food chain. Very disappointed and shaken that this was allowed.

I only ordered hashbrowns & coffee. The young ladies at the front were really nice. The parking structure is a doozy. The hashbrowns were okay.

A new big beautiful building with the best chicken sandwich in Columbus and the young people working there are well mannered, patient, and hard working.

I have been at this new location three times and have same complaint about making sharp right turn in the drive thru. It is not easily accessible and needs to definitely change. I ordered mobile and they were confused about my order the last two times I came. One of the workers was about to charge me again for my order and I already paid on Apple Pay. Also I ordered a fries no added salt and got about 5 fries in a really greasy container and a lot of the grease was in the bottom of the container soaking the fries and the bag. The quality and service is not the same as the old chikfila next door.

The parking lot is poorly designed and requires customers using the drive-thru to make a sharp turn upon entering.

They forgot my fries and sauce when I picked up my order through the drive-thru, so I only received approximately half of what I paid for.

The employees were very polite.
