Since this Chick-fil-A was relocated to the lot beside the old one, the drive-through does not flow very well. Whoever designed the traffic pattern messed it up. The old location, serviced people a lot faster The drive thru at this new location is not a very good experience. It used to be the best one in Georgia. The workers are great. I am complaining mainly of the new traffic pattern
I love chick fil a and have been excited to try the new location. The service was okay, but I was disappointed with my order. I tried calling as well. My fries were hot, but I only got like five large waffle fries and some crumbs. The most disappointing part was the sandwich.
