I'm never disappointed with the food here. The flavor stays consistent. I just wish the croissant bread was soft.

This place usually satisfies me but the past couple of times, the croissant was stale as could be & my tomatoes were so soggy, which really pissed me off & ruined the whole thing for me. I was upset because I was chose this over another restaurant expecting for it to be so good & it let me down. Now I need a break from Chicken Salad Chick. Hopefully they can get it right after my hiatus from them.

I'll say this I haven't really been inside or eating the food but I've doordashed from here a lot and this place is super popular I'm giving it five stars because of the location and how pretty honestly the building is the only thing that you got to beware of is the traffic The traffic over here is insane.

Totally get the first week is crazy. But we’ve waited almost 45 min came in at 11:12 watched people who ordered behind us get their food and leave. Nobody will check on it or give us a reason. We’re just ignored.

I got the chicken salad with jalapenos sandwich and fresh chili strips soup that was delicious! The atmosphere is fun and we'll be back. I'm glad to see there's one in Phenix City now, too!
