Took 25 minutes to fix 2 scoops and a grape salad. When I got my order it was wrong. Had to wait another 15 minutes just for a side.

Terrible customer service! Workers are in the back gossiping while customers wait, not even an apology or greeting after that!

I just moved here to Georgia, and was happy to try CSC, because I had seen videos of it on TikTok. I was immediately greeted by the SWEETEST worker! I told Nyla, that it was my first time here at CSC, and she gave me the run down of the menu, popular picks, and let me sample several flavors. My taste buds were blown away, by the different mild, bold, sweet and spicy flavors. I became an instant fan!

Nyla went above and BEYOND with her customer service, made me feel so welcomed and made my first experience here at Chicken Salad Chick such positive and memorable one. I definitely will be returning to get my CSC. The only “negative” part of this first time experience was trying to choose which flavors to take home with me. I kept it to 4, haha.

Food was good per usual, but the two employees that were working that evening were incapable of putting their phones down while dealing with customers. They were actively eating, drinking, and talking on their phones while taking orders at the counter and preparing the food in the back.

We can here searching for something healthy before we got unhealthy dessert next door 😂 We didn't understand why somewhere would focus on selling chicken salad.. well it was really delicious. We will be back again! I think atmosphere could use from improvement and the menu is a bit jumbled/hard to understand for newcomers.

My daughter and I stopped in after a doctor’s appointment. We truly enjoyed ourselves and the atmosphere. The associates were very kind and our cashier was so patient with my little girl, who was very indecisive. I would recommend this place to friends and family members

First time here, out of town and looking for something quick and not fast food. Very close to our hotel, why not give it a try!
Nyla was amazing, very informative, very friendly, and knew the menu extremely well! She shared fan favs and answered all of our questions.
Now for the food... we ordered a Bacon Cheddar Melt with classic carol, a scoop of Barbie Q and grape salad. ALL very tasty. Both chicken salads were smooth and not overly mayonnaised. If the 2 chicken salads, the Barbie Q was our favorite. Grape salad is a must try! Very good with a dessert taste. Kind of a healthier option :)
